Metro by T-Mobile reviews
6I can't ever walk out of one of these stores with them telling me that in order for me to get something I want or upgrade, I gotta spend Damn near 4-500 $ to get. I made my complaint to 611, and they're going to get me what I need for a reasonable price.
This store in specific helped get what I needed done and the employee working went through all the motions to help. If you have metro and need help I suggest coming here
NEVER WORK OT SHOP HERE! THE OWNER JONG FIRED ALL ITS EMPLOYEES OVER NIGHT! AND THEY HAVE NOT BEEN PAID WHATSOEVER THEIR FINAL CHECKS EVEN FROM BEFORE BEIND FIRED! THEY CANT EVEN OFFER THEM A PROPER PLACE TO USE THE BATHROOM! AMAZING EMPLOYEES TERRIBLY MANAGEMENT
If I could do 0 stars I would. Our 89 year old grandfather misplaced his phone for a few hours. Instead of offering solutions.they talked him into upgrading a 5 month old phone. We found his phone and they were quick to say no refunds, even though the phone was 2 hours old and 1 phone call made. The manager was quick to point out policy through other employees.would not even speak to us directly.and didn't even entertain a possible solution to help him. Rude staff and 0 customer service. Avoid this establishment at all cost. I feel like they take advantage of the elderly and non English speaking people.
This store is terrible! It took advantage of my father in law. He went in with an insurance replacement and needed help and they charged him an activation fee when all it needed was sim card put in. This store argued with corporate rep on conference call and then rudely started he could come back in for a refund. This is bad practice preying on the elderly. This store is charging activation fees that shouldn't be charged. I wonder how many other people have gotten taken advantage of. Stay away from this location.
I ordered a replacement phone for my father with insurance yesterday and my dad got his phone today. However his phone didn’t come with a tool to take out the SIM card and put a new one in so my father drove to the nearest metro store to ask for help. Once he got there, the lady working ended up charging my dad an activation fee for his phone and activation was suppose to be waved. I called customer service 3 way with metro store and myself on the phone and the customer service told the lady she wasn’t suppose to charge an activation fee but the store rep was rude and said that wasn’t what she was told. The store rep was rude to my elderly dad and she ultimately said she would refund the activation fee but customer service would have to wave the charge off my account. This store is ripping off the elderly and god knows who else by charging activation fees when there not suppose to be charged!
