Here they are the worst. They make one payment and they don't give you a receipt. And you ask them and they don't have paper and they can't do anything to help you.

I had a great experience being a customer here at metro on S Gessner, and I recommend paying my bill here.

My 1 star for bad customer services from the (1 800) representatives today 2/14/2023 I spent 4 hours driving back and forth trying switch and keep my number to a different carrier.

Phone quality are very poor

and upgrades for existence customers are bad

The only reason I will give 5 stars is because (Kevin)
he help me as much he cans working with those slow phones representative

2 stars for for Gabi I believe her name was for help me at the start but getting tired at the end (no wanting to give personal information need for the switch, pretty sure she forgot that she is getting pay to do her job)

Invest in Good phone instead of wasting your money in those bad made cheap phone.

I just entered store, and asked, i need plan service, she said, we have only 60 dollar and plus 30 dollars for activation fee, this is not true, they try to scamming be careful

They should give all old customers access to a new and cheap phone of those that are on sale because not all of us can buy an Ifon or the latest model or the elderly
