The Service Department, reps and technicians alike, have consistently demonstrated the highest level of customer care, not only in their diagnosis and resolution of issues, but in making sure their customer was getting the best experience throughout the process. The team working with Chris (Jose, Nicole, Isaiah) strives to make me feel like their most important customer, not only in the way they welcome me but also in making sure I get my car back satisfied mechanically and financially. A Service Department is critical to loyalty to a dealership and this team is doing more than their part.

The customer service representative was courteous and informative to my issue with my car. Informed me about the Sunbit option to pay and provided me with a nice courtesy car to travel in until my car was completed.

This dealership was amazing. They never tried to be a pushy with selling me a car. Ask me what I was looking for and catered to my concerns. ‘Tae’ Robertson was extremely professional and help me from A to Z. And William Schmidt was the finance director for my purchase. By far speaking with William was the BEST buying experience I have ever had when buying a vehicle. Metro Mazada of Mesquite should be proud of there staff in particular Tae, William and Gabby.

Everything was first class. We met Gabby and Jose promptly and they had cars selected for our inspection. We chose one and they helped us through the process which was very expeditious. We recommend them to anyone.
