Metro North Cardiovascular: Garoutte Max MD, San Antonio TX

I am a new patient. I gave them results from tests that they wanted to be done again. The results were maybe 3 was old. Scheduled all the testing, and I had a family emergency and canceled everything for that week. Since. I have called back twice to make appts for testing and they have never returned my calls. I've never heard an office say.we'll call you back and set up appts.next time I called she said.we are still working on it. You think I'm stupid? Found a much friendly cardiologist and office staff! Yall seriously suck. Does the Dr know how yall operate his office?

I was in Dr. Garoutte's office for a stress test to be cleared for an upcoming surgery. Nurse Pablo explained things in technical terms as well as layman's terms, the former for a sonographer and the latter for my understanding. Most of all, he was not cocky. Instead, he was patient with me to help me understand. Even now, I recall being impressed with his personable manner. BTW: All staff members were welcoming and cool, but Pablo definitely stood out. I also felt welcomed by the overall environment.

I think this practice has forgot that we are “their” customer. When you call multiple times and your calls are not returned…. You know it’s time to find a new practice. NP was great the individual in the office I tried to work with needs training! The person that referred me to this practice shared the same feelings.

Had a 7: 00 AM appointment. Walked in and the waiting room was full. After 30 minutes asked the receptionist about all the other people being called in. She said they had testing going on. No respect for mine time at all. Felt like I was in a factory.

Excellent service, delighted with the waiting time and the available hours, the Doctor was very patient and answered all my questions very kindly. I recommend it 100%.

The staff and Dr. Garoutte went above and beyond to see to it that I received all of the necessary tests so I could be cleared for surgery. The staff were all smiling and very helpful. The technicians were so comforting and offered explanations to everything that was being done and what to expect. Dr. Garoutte assured me that the tests would get done immediately. I am so thankful for this team.

I am really upset. I had my appointment today at 9: 30am. I went in was told to pay $135 and they have to collect payment upfront. No one called me prior to tell me the cost. I made a 45 min drive and took time off from work. Do you just assume I have $135 on hand, or I live next door and don't have a job? ! Like such inconsideration for me and my time.

The Staff is friendly and nice, I love that there is a person who does the schedules. The people who do the background and testing are all on top of the latest technology. Dr. Max Garoutte is a wonderful doctor. He saved my life! Nothing is a greater testimony of a doctor's ability.
