They are pricey ever since the bill went up from 60 to 90 like that’s alot especially if they don’t do their job correctly at times

This company has the WORST customer service involving commucation/service. If this company was not the sole provided in the neighborhood I would definitely switch. On multiple occasions, they have displayed issues collecting trash and providing accurate information to paying customers for changes in policy. Latest issue but not rare. The company randomly stopped picking up extra bags/broken down cardboard boxes that doesn't fit into the bin. Initially when signing up they explained you are allowed this service. After a couple of weeks of trash being left behind, I called the company. As NORMAL you are waiting for 45-60 mins to talk to a representative (not being dramatic I have screen shots within a week span of multiple attempts to talk to someone which they blame customers for all calling in for billing issues for the long wait times. Not believable due to having this issue since December of last year of long wait times. Now for this certain issue the first representative explained they made changes to their policy as of last month. Well for weeks straight I have seen plenty of homes with bags/boxes not being pick up. I asked when and how did the company informed us of the changes? Oh through flyers and emails, we also sent a copy to the HOA. I requested a copy of that email, never received one and visited our HO office and they NEVER received one as well but received multiple complaints from the neighborhood. Waited another week to confirmed this information for our next trash day. My neighbor left 3-5 bags outside of his bins and they were picked up with ZERO issues. Called once more, requested to speak to upper management, I was told he will give me a call back within the hour (10am). Obviously this phone called never happened so I called back (3pm. Then I was told he only returns phone calls either at the end of the day or the following day. If he doesn't call you back (which they never do) you have no choice but to call again after 2 business days. Even requested the company's email address to CC the HO/Builder of the issues to be addressed. The representative informed me "we don't have a email to give to you". I don't know how this company is receiving good reviews but these have to be bots or paid individuals to post those because this company has yet to resolve or give solutions of issues.

So apparently Frontier bought out Metro which was servicing our area. Originally we were told that Frontier was a sub for Metro. Letters nor emails were recieved about the full transfer/ buy out of accounts. Auto payment not transferred or notified of such until we noticed our trash not picked up today. Told by Frontier when we contacted them that after payment they will be out next week to pick up. So, because of Frontier lacking in the new acquisition department, you have a Neighborhood of very unhappy home owners. Our community FB page is blowing up today. Not a great first impression Frontier. Your drivers are awesome. Your office has room for improvement. Here is your opportunity to make things right, or not, up to you. Sounds like our neighborhood is in the process of discussing options that best serve our needs.

Absolutely terrible company. The worst customer service. We called to cancel due to better price and it’s like that didn’t even care at all. They’ve also been saying they will collect our cans for 3 weeks now after canceling and haven’t done it. Sad excuse for a company.

Terrible company. Often would skip pick up days and not inform customers. Also, would not credit customers for missed days, which we paid for. Cancelled service with these guys and it’s been months and they still won’t pick up their trash bins. Would never recommend them to anyone if you have other options.

Horrible customer service. Our trash wasn’t picked up when everyone else’s was. I called to find out why since we are up to date on payments. As soon as I tried to explain the woman on the phone cut me off and put me on hold. I’m still on hold waiting…

This is just one of the many times they haven’t picked up our trash.

Very bad service, they did not pick trash for continue two weeks.not recommended at all. Their customer service number doesn’t work properly as well

They didn't pickup on scheduled days stopped regular recycle. When we discontinued services Frontier had taken over. It's been three weeks since we stopped our services they won't answer their phones, haven't picked up their cans and don't return calls

Thank you for returning and picking up the two trash bags I had. I appreciate that. I like a company that shows and has Integrity. I do hope that it will continue. It makes me feel good about keeping service.

So glad after this payment bill cycle. I WILL NO LONGER deal with Metro Waste now CHANGED name “ FRONTIER WASTE SOLUTION” This company is wishy-washy. Changing things without your consent but still want to charge and raise prices and decreasing the amount of service.
I’ve been with Metro for many many years. I’ve dealt with the constant changes that this is allowed but this isn’t and which before I was allowed and for many many years to have the one trash container they provide, and one extra medium trash bin. Now she is stating I am only allowed one container that they provide and two extra bags out side the trash bins which they refused to pick up a small container that had two extra bags “that I’m allowed to have for them to take. ” I explain to her there are many rodents, cats and stray dogs roaming around the street. Why would I have the two remaining bags out side a container where dogs and cats can just tear it up so out of courtesy I have it in a small bin not even half the size of the bin that is provided. The guy can literally pull out the two small bags that I’m allowed and throw it in the trash truck.
Since they were still down the street (two houses down) I asked to see if they can pick up the two bags but she refused to call them okay well I will refuse my service and look for another provider. I am done … Since I didn’t get the courtesy of the change that was made, but the company expect my payment as well the respect above all because I provide a check for you guys, for service. So if your company is failing at providing then your failed as a company to service which is non-acceptable in my book I will contact someone who will be happy to provide.

This is for trash and recycle removal. The guys do not dump my can. I pay annually and I should not have to call to have my trash picked up. All of it. Also, my recycle is not always picked up. I cannot get anyone on the phone either. The voice recording says I am 4th in line but when I get to 1 the call drops or it goes back to 4. This is really sad customer service and poor trash service. I will be look for another waste provider. I don't need this!

Used to be metrowaste, now its frontier. Trash does not get picked up on time. Trash service does not happen, Call and I am told they will let the driver know to go back, Called two days later and am told the same thing, called again and be on hold forever. Currently on hold again as today is supposed to be trash pickup days and they are late. Since my dumpster is now over flowing the neighbors dogs have gotten into the trash and I have a huge mess to clean up. When if anyone answers the phone I will be cancelling my service.never had these issues with metrowaste.

Metro is a constant headache. We pay for 3 days of service a week. We’ve had them for about 8 months and the last 2 months we’ve had days skipped and trash isn’t picked up. This morning I walk outside to see the streets LITTERED in trash from the bins across the street that were not picked up on their scheduled day, that the wind blew over. How is it they only service half a street? They are very inconsistent on their trash pick up times as well, which isn’t a huge issue, but it would be nice to know when the trash will be picked up.

As a disabled veteran owned waste pickup service, you would think that this company would work with disabled people.
Especially considering that this company doesn’t have a disabled persons assistance policy in place for customers with disabilities or a substituted grace period of any type.
I have asked repeatedly to receive text, email and or phone call reminders to assist me in remembering to pay this service, as billing is not every month, and repeatedly I have only been met with a text sent in August and November of 2022 but not for my most recent service bill.
When speaking with the representative she denied the manager being available, which is quite commonly her answer, or anyone else who could assist in waiving a late fee from a few days of a forgotten payment. Mind you, none of my other bills whether that be utility or etc, are ever late but, I do feel as though this company may be doing this intentionally as a means to take advantage of customers such as myself asking for needed assistance, a simple text reminder.
Mind you my card is on file yet, they will not simply charge my card when the bill is due.
A recipe for disaster and ultimately failure is what appears to be occurring with this company and their disabled customers as Metro Waste claims, “Come join our family. Our customers come first because Metro Waste is committed to the people and communities we serve. We work with each customer and HOA to find the right balance of services and price”, yet they don’t practice their own morality and ethics.
I cannot recall, due to the amount of times it has occurred, when Metro Waste has not picked up trash or recycle for myself and my neighbors. Furthermore time after time my trash can is left on its side on the cement which is difficult to have to pick up with disabilities but, I’ve been told by the same representative that this is “protocol”. What a great way to show appreciation for customers. Still we, myself included, along with my fellow neighbors in our tight knit community have dealt with Metro Waste repeatedly stating, “Metro Customer, we were unable to service your TRASH today. We will service your accumulated TRASH Tuesday June 14,2022. Thank you, ” or “Metro Customers, your RECYCLE will not be serviced today. We will service your accumulated RECYCLE next Wednesday 06/01/22 Thank You MWS”, and the list goes on and on. Ironic that when a customer asks for understanding, patience and to work together due to outside circumstances that the answer is “no one is available to help you”.

You’ve successfully managed to turn your company into trash.
If only your company practiced what they preached and cared more about their customers than making an extra dollar off of disabled persons or anyone for that matter, I’m sure you wouldn’t have any other competition with higher ratings such as Tiger Sanitation and Solid Waste Management!

They stopped picking up our trash and recycle without notice for almost 3 weeks. We called and they said our automated payment stopped and didn't know why. After we updated our payment, the pick up service came, pick up our neighbors but not ours. Called again and were on hold for over 40 minutes! Now I have 3 weeks of trash waiting to be collected! This company is the worst!
