I was very pleased with this office. The building is accessible for people with disabilities, including height adjustable exam tables. The staff were professional and respectful. My doctor was great. Highly recommend.

Easy to do all pre-visit work (medical history, insurance info, and pre-pay) online prior to showing up for the office visit. Staff is friendly and efficient. Debbie Slay - excellent!

Dr. Hanley is through in his examination, does not rush. He will explain what you need to know about your condition. He is also a personable guy!

Thoughtful staff and we love Dr. Hensley. He has a great personality and is always thoughtful and reassuring. So glad that he was recommended to us several years ago and we have referred many others to him.

I have now been here twice for 2 different issues. I was in an out within an hour each time, had my questions answered, and everyone from those who checked me in, to those who checked me out, have been very nice and answered all my questions. The wait time to get an appointment is a bit long but, it was faster then every other place I called! Highly recommend.

PA Josie Carl had such a wonderful disposition. I'd go visit with her even if there was nothing wrong with me.of course, I'm NOT saying there's anything wrong with me!

Procedure was quick and painless. Only problem was the office forgot to phone in a prescription and I had to call the next day after the pharmacy told me they had not received one.

Everyone at this office is wonderful! I got to see Debbie Slay, physician assistant, and she is more brilliant than words can describe… Fantastic experience!

I have always had a good experience here, from check in, the respect and care I receive from the MA and PA Slay, and check out. The office is clean and bright. I never feel rushed.

Other than a long wait to see doctor, every thing was fine. Friendly staff with exception of person who took me to waiting room. She might have been having bad day.

Sweeny, one of the receptionist at Metroplex Dermatology is an absolute rock! A few days ago, I called in and needed help and answers right away. She was so patient and kind even though I was kinda of freaking out. All the nurses were busy but she was determined to get me the help and answers I needed. Thank you for going Above and Beyond!

The staff at Metroplex Dermatology were superb! Very patient with everyone that was checking in. Dr. Hensley 's assistants were the same. Dr. Hensley was wonderful. I highly recommend this office to anyone that's in need of a great dermatologist.

Dr Hensley takes all the time you need. Most doctors get you in&out in just a few minutes, but not Dr. Hensley.
