Such an easy and hassle free pool build! They were always reachable, answered all questions (even on the weekends!). Everyone was great…from the office staff to the pool installers, the plumbers, electricians, the job superintendent, even the guy that delivered the equipment. Metroplex Pool is a great company to work with. From our first sales meeting to our first swim, Steve made sure we were on the same page. The installation went so well and all of the workers were professional and respectful of our home. I really liked the fact that there wasn’t a hard sales pitch and we were able to decide with Steve what we wanted and what was needed. I would 100% recommend them to anyone installing a pool.

I want to express my utmost gratitude to Metroplex Pools for their exceptional swimming pool installation. I must say, they accomplished the entire project in just two weeks! Steve and his son Sam proved to be incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. Their team Dustin wasted no time in getting the job done. In fact, they dug the hole on Friday and had the pool in the ground by Saturday. Can you believe it? And by Monday, the pool was already filled with water, the pipe work was completed, and the backfilling was finished. It was truly a remarkable job well done!

The metal form structure for the concrete work was handled by another remarkable team. They showcased their expertise and executed the task flawlessly. Throughout the entire process, Erika ensured that we were well-informed every step of the way. She left no room for confusion or uncertainty.

The electrical work was promptly completed, and the texture crew added the perfect finishing touches to the concrete. I must say, the texture, aka cool decking, is absolutely worth it. It adds such an impressive touch to the overall appearance. I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome.

Great customer service and had no issues or problems. This is by far the easiest and smoothest business decision made for my home!

Short cuts, and no attention to detail. These guy are complete amateurs. Installed return and skimmer on top of light fixture which caused failure. Leak over 1 inch an hour.

Five minutes, Five hours, Five days, Five months, Five years, does it really matter when the shoddy work was done? Harsh review? How about. A truthful review? Own it Steve! The pictures says everything anyone should know. Buyer beware. Clown show, seriously!

This repair cost serious money. Leak detection $450, new light $699, cutting through concrete deck and digging out $1300 for the repair, water bill $700, and chemicals to fix the swamp $240.

Yep that is almost $3400, thank you Metroplex.

We met with 3 different pool companies before deciding to work with Steve and his crew. He was the only one that didn’t leave us feeling confused or like we were working with a greasy salesman. Really appreciated the honesty and that concrete and hitting rock when digging, among other items, weren’t additional charges. Our digging crew were amazing! Ivan has been the absolute best! Have already recommended Steve and his crew to friends and neighbors!
