Meyerland Plaza reviews
13I really glad that there is a HEB now in Meyerland because it is one of my favorite grocery stores plus my bank is in Meyerland too! I'm glad there is a Five Below but I wish it didn't take Dress Barn away (another one ofy favorites) The thing I don't like is Bed, Bath & Beyond & Best Buy are gone which were two of my family's & myself favorite places, as well! In fact, my son was going to apply at Best Buy! Of course we like Target too & a few other stores!
I went to the HEB in the area. The staff and store was very helpful and organized. The only thing that threw me off was how rude the other shoppers were. People here dont bother to say "excuse me" or pardon me. The store overall was neat and well stocked though. Im just big on the respect matter. Maybe its the area it's in.
Meyerland Plaza - Even though we have been suffering from the effects of this Pandemic, many of us are remaining hopeful and supportive of our still existing businesses. The Meyerland Plaza parking lots have been consistently busy with the flow of consumers shopping. We have lost many stores like Palace Royal, Best Buy, Bed Bath and Beyond, Pier One. As a small business owner myself I was truly sorry to see them go. But the other stores that are still open are hanging in there.
Hopefully the new year will be better.
Pretty upbeat place. HEB, Target, JC Penney and a pet store. Lots of eating and smaller retail stores. Easy location to get to as well.
So I was caught out in the rain but needed some potatoes. Since it's a rainy weekend, I remembered this place has a garage! Genius idea! Thank you contractors, architects everyone! I was able to run in get the potatoes for my mom and make it out in no time and most importantly dry! Also I love that the garage parking spots are illuminated with green and red lights to indicate if a parking spot is available. There was sanitizing stations at the entrance and exit.
Easy parking, carts are disinfected between uses, plenty available hand sanitizer, not too crowded on a weekday. Shields between cashier & customer at checkout. Friendly employees, store well stocked.
Meyerland Plaza is such a great convenience. On my most recent visit, I was able to take care of two shopping visits without leaving the plaza and had the accessibility to other shops if needed. There are so many businesses that are easily accessible in the Plaza. There are food establishments, financial institutions, electronics stores, clothing stores, a fitness center, and a grocery store. There are probably more, but those are the ones that I have direct knowledge of. A person can go there and fulfill all of your shopping needs regardless of what you're looking for. The location is great since it is directly off of 610 and Beechnut. There is plenty of parking, so that has never been an issue.
Unique way of service for shopping in the multi-story Grocery mart. Spacious covered parking equipped with vacancy availability lights above each one. Attendants were very helpful and nice. Great atmosphere and cleanliness.
I’ve grown up around Meyerland Plaza for the past 20 years. It’s changed in so many ways and, yet, not quite changed at all. They are new stores and store fronts, but the plaza itself remains mostly unchanged in structure and how you can walk around it. Prime location for the nearby neighborhoods and always a treat.
I visited HEB, the kosher meat section was all I needed for this visit. Everything went well. The selection was very nice.
When there looking for Macy's.never located the store. Meyerland Plaza is okay, just was not pleased that the stores I liked to visit were not there. Bed Bath and Beyond was not there as well. The Marshall and Ross are always so picked over it's not worth the drive. Only store that one can go to and know they may have a particular item is JCPENNY'S.
My only purpose for going to Meyerland Plaza is for banking.
Meyerland Plaza has a variety of stores to choose from including a clinic. There are restaurants to fast food and stores to boutiques. It makes a great shopping center but when it comes to parking on holidays, it can become a hassle. Make sure to carry light because you'll end up coming out the stores heavily.
