MHC Kenworth - Odessa

I had a wonderful experience with MHC Kenworth in Odessa. Everyone was friendly and communicated good. Lilly out of service was very good at her job, she put in the effort to make sure I was covered through warranty for most of my fixes. When she said she was going to do something she did it. If I could drive there every time I needed something worked on I would.

Terrible service, poor treatment, they get angry at anything you ask, my husband went to return a piece that he bought not a week ago and it left the factory, and the boy who attended them was annoyed, he treated them terrible, he offended them and they practically took them out pushing the way they treated a client is inescapable,

Parts for Kenworth trucks and other things truck related. They do not take COMDATA or better known as comcheck. I have bought things all over this country for my truck and trailer and this is the first that I have encountered that don't take comchecks.

Called this place and inquired about pricing for parts. This kenworth prices are ridiculous and over twice over priced compared to other kenworths I called about a dryer and compressor aftermarket was 525.05 when I called other kenworth dealer the same part is 233.69. Wow Odessa price gouge much that’s twice the price. Don’t waste your time going to this kenworth and you know they all get their parts from the same dealer you would and should want to do better in a market that is competitive where you can find parts anywhere cheaper and you can’t say better quality because it’s the same part made by same people. Very disappointed in kenworth Odessa

Great customer service, Shawna & Carlos are awesome & super helpful they have a great staff in parts I highly recommend them. They are also open late & on Sunday that makes going there so convenient.

We needed some parts for one of our trucks & Martin Rodriguez was able to help us. He was able to set us up with a credit application & speaks to our Mechanic about the parts he needs. He's always so helpful & knowledgeable. Our Mechanic only speaks Spanish & it makes it so easy to get exactly what we need.

Craig was fast and helpful. He could not have been a better help customer service was top notice thank you. Will most definitely be telling people to shop with you guys!

I don’t know maybe it’s me or maybe it’s the epidemic that everybody’s blaming things on, but going to this newer facility Kenworth I was disappointed if you needed service you couldn’t get in for four days, and awls I did was pick up a part and standing near like a fool with no one acknowledging me you have 25 people in the office area I was just disappointed at this Kenworth dealership everybody else gave you an accommodation on good service I feel I did not get good service there no one wanted to help or acknowledge me or say yes sir can I help you, for me customer service was very bad there.

We have use MCH parts for many years. Dwayne has been an amazing outside parts sales man. He has great communication skills!

Marco and the night crew are always making sure Fevid is taken care of. Great work all around.

They have one employee there that is very knowledgeable and professional his name was Craig he made everything so much better when the Employees know what they’re doing

Carla is AWESOME! She worked so hard to make my repair affordable and timely. Between her, Tim and Thomas they went far above and beyond to help an O/O who's only truck was in their care. From being triaged on a Sunday to everyone (Carla) making my bill more palatable. I'm very glad I came here to get help.
