I will never go to this office again. Very unprofessional. For it being my 1st visit I was rushed through my visit and canceled my medications due too there error.
The owners response isn't the full truth. Your procedures were not followed properly and because of your employee's behavior. Maybe yoh should see your camera's too see what really happened.

This’s one of the best clinics in Houston, TX. The staff is very professionals and the service is always great. They have a nice and safety environment. Front desk people are very kind and doctors and nurses always with a smile on their faces while they’re doing their job. I’m recommending this clinic 100%.
