Amazing atmosphere amazing food amazing service! Leonardo was very attentive, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful! I was very blessed during my first visit to Mi Cocina. Thank you! I will be back next time I visit Dallas.

The food, drinks and service at the Lakewood location never disappoint, but our server during our class visit, Jacob, really stood out. My husband and I met up with friends for a mini reunion over dinner. Jacob was so patient as we all caught up over drinks before ordering. He was polite, attentive and personable. He is one of the younger servers there and we were impressed with his level of maturity and how respectful he was to us.

Great date nite at the upstairs bar. Very nice atmosphere and the staff are very friendly.

Went here in recommendation from a friend. I was not disappointed. We went about 130 and there was no wait and were seated right away. The The food was so fresh. We loved every bite. My husband got beef fajitas with corn tortillas, and I got brisket tacos and a Mambo Taxi margarita.

We came to dine at this location for my sisters birthday and our waiter Kiante made our experience so smooth and easy with our party of 10! He was always attentive to our refills and needs. My sister felt very special on her birthday and the food was amazing and brought out in a timely manner! We appreciate the service provided to us here our waiter made it amazing for my sister and my family.

Kiante was an excellent server. He waited our table of 10. Made sure all of our drinks were refilled made sure our food made it correctly. Great attitude! Great atmosphere not overly packed. We were sat in les than 10 mins.

Really enjoyed the food and drinks. Our waitress was really great, we were a party of 18 and not the easiest people to deal with. She did a great job.

Celebrate our anniversary here the food was a1 the drink even better. You have to try their famous Manbo taxi drink and try the skinny smash. Our server Kiante was the best he recommended us the drink and was great with everything. I would definitely come back!

This location goes above and beyond with their service. The staff is very attentive to your needs and the atmosphere is great for families and for adults as well, they do have a upstairs bar that is 21 and older which is a plus. The manager Pilar is amazing she always has a smile on her face, and will make sure you are in great hands. Also the mambo taxis are a must they are hands down a must have when you visit. You won’t regret coming and eating here!

I loved the whole experience! Lunch time. The hostess was so kind and proactive! She got me a table for one, immediately! Brandon was very professional and his welcoming behavior makes the experience very enticing from the get go. I had a wonderful salad with shrimps. I definitely recommend and will be back!

Food was so good & our server Kiante C was Amazing! Super helpful & gave us great recommendations & made our first time at Mi Cocina memorial-able & super enjoyable. I would highly recommend this restaurant and to ask for him when you come in

I was looking for a good margaritas and texmex sitting outside on a beautiful day. MI Cocina always has slow service and entertainment than average food so that was to be expected. Aim in outdoor furniture was the cheapest available that could be left outside. Comfort was clearly no considered. I ordered an El Patron Margarita which appeared to be their top shelf Margarita. It came in a large pint glass and was a cloudy clear liquid. It tasted like watered down lemonade. It did not taste remotely like a margarita. I sent it back and asked for ice tea as I presumed if a bartender at a Mexican restaurant cannot make a margarita there is no remedy. The bartender came to the table and stated he could remake the drink or make it without sweetener. I was even more shocked that the bartender did not even know it was a bad recipe. I am missing Matt's. MI Cocina has sold out to mediocrity. I am very sorry and will not return.
