Mi Roti, San Antonio TX

Tried the jerk chicken combo bowl and it did not disappoint. Great flavor, not too much heat. Would totally get it again if I was anywhere near there.

Omg! Love this place, first time and the food was amazing! We had the roti N dip and I asked for one more flat bread because the quantity of the cheese was so much & I just couldn’t eat a bite of the dip without the flatbread. It was all so great together. You won’t be disappointed!

Two stars because the location and atmosphere is 5 stars. They really screwed up the rum raisin fudge brownie. It was nasty. They charged the most expensive price I've ever seen for a brownie and then served it freezing cold out of a refrigerator I had to take it out of the fridge myself with the drinks in it. It was small had no fudge no raisins. Who serves a cold brownie especially when your charging max price? It was just terrible. I could make one 100 x better at my house a have the whole tray of brownies for less money. Total lack of effort and respect for the consumer.

Food is always great. Richard went above and beyond to ensure great service even though he was slammed with orders and customers!

Ordered the curry up wrap and the masala fries and both were SO GOOD!

The wrap had great flavor and a perfect combination of protein, sauce, and extras. The fries had a sweet flavor to them, which was different but so tasty. Highly recommend them both!

Absolutely wonderful food. I was surprised on the flavor variety of what you can make from the menu. We had a loaded fries and absolutely want to go back and get another order. That Will bring me back to the pearl. I’m gonna have to try another dish also because I love the loaded fries so much the other ones have to be just as good.
I wish I had a snapped a photo of the dish before I consumed it because it was absolutely wonderful looking.

San Antonio location inside The Pearl brewery. Don’t eat here. I’m from the Caribbean and this food is definitely not Caribbean.
We ordered the jerk chicken with cilantro lime rice and vegetables wrapped in a flat bread.
First of all, the flat bread was undercooked and very greasy. The rice tasted like minute rice with barely any cilantro flavor. The beans were ok…if you never had original Caribbean beans.
Then to top it off, I asked the cook to cut the roti wrap in half and he said, ”we don’t do that. ” As if they didn’t have a knife to cut the flat bread. I will not be coming back and I definitely would not recommend this place. Corporate should advise or retrain their employees for better customer service.

Ok at best. As a Trinidadian, disappointed. My curry up wasn’t good. My husband enjoyed the filling of The Vegetarian. This place is more a fusion of Mexican/Caribbean food.

I had the jerk chicken salad. The flavor is excellent. The chicken meat is very tender. Forgot to take pics but next time. Nice people working at the cash register and in the kitchen.

Absolutely delicious! I had a roti wrap with some sort of steak with habanero, the coconut rice, cucumber and cabbage, and the avocado cream sauce. Wife and daughter both had the coconut curry chicken bowls. Such a unique combination of flavors! After a long walk on the Riverwalk, it was perfect for our hungry crew. Helpful and fast service, and the ambiance at the Pearl is pretty cool too.

My husband and I shared a wrap, and it was so good! I'm usually sensitive to spice, but we were able to get the perfect balance of enough spice for him to enjoy and still not too spicy for me. THE PLANTAINS! I would drive to the Pearl JUST to get more. So so good! Probably my new favorite spot in the food hall.

I cannot recommend mi roti more.the roti dip was such a generous portion for the price and the flat bread was heavenly.the manager on duty was very helpful and kind and even the guys in the kitchen were very friendly and gave great service.definitely my new favorite spot in the bottling dept.food hall at the pearl.

Worked with me to get my order remade after someone else walked off with it by mistake. They genuinely put heart into the food and take no time to get you what you need when asked politely.

Price wise this is way, way too expensive. Food: Tasty wrap but cold fries:/ would have been really good if they were hot I bet.

I got the curry one and it was SO good! I was a little skeptical about the chickpeas but it was a nice touch.very flavorful and very yummy

Very disappointed with the flavor of the Cuban Picadilla protein and not even to mentioned the portion, really small maybe 2 oz of meat and 4 of Picadilla sauce. For a $16 dollar bowl.
The rice taste like the instant kind, corn was cold. Asked for non spicy sauce and they were hot and acidic (avocado and chimichurri).
Plantains were warm and good only thing I enjoyed.

2022-Update, sadly like so many places they start out great then go down hill. Have eaten there a number of times over the last year or so and I hate to report that it is no longer on my list of loves: (. VERY salty, very little seasoning on food, & portions are now TINY, was not offered roti on the side etc. Cutting corners where ever they can: (. Oh and the last time I ate there I was on the toilet-A-LOT, Skip.

2021-My husband and I ate there for the first time today, OMG it was SOOO GOOD! Jerk ckn roti w/ masala fries, added a side of seasoned pinto beans. Great portion sizes, lots of add on's available, fun drinks to go with the food. It was all so good, the beans whoa-those beans were perfection! Vegetarian options too. We will definitely be back!

Lionel was wonderful assisting me to order a vegan build your own bowl, I did the cilantro lime rice w jackfruit & carrots, cabbage & cucumbers & I also got the beans which was incredible. The mango chutney was delicious.
I sat outside & enjoyed my meal.

Let me be the first to say that this was absolutely the best bowl I have ever experienced. Staff were pleasant, helpful, and made me feel like I was going to have a great bowl. Man I tell you, the fries were the best. The jerk chicken was definitely authentic to taste. I'm not crazy about the prices but definitely worth it. Customer foe life here!
