Dr. Blair was informative, knowledgeable, listened and explained everything in detail. He was super friendly and made me feel at ease for my procedure. I highly recommend him as an ENT

If you are looking for an exceptional ENT in the San Marcos area I highly recommend Dr Blair and his team. I was so nervous about my visit, but this man. Two thumbs up

Really, waited two weeks for a prescription and still don't have it or a return phone call from my many (4 or 5) voicemail messages to this office.
I did get a 1 message on my voicemail, 8 days ago, saying they were going to submit my prescription. NOT!
Didn't get the meds! Been two weeks. Finally someone called and said they just got third party prescription approval (why! I have great insurance and never wait more than a day) then she said she was waiting on the doctor's approval! Really, then she said he was on vacation. Not My Problem!
Then she called and told me where they had sent it, WRONG PHARMACY!

Dr. Blair was very nice and professional with great bedside manner and my appointment with him was great!
My problem is with the office and the issue mentioned above.

I like Dr. Blair. I recommended him to my husband and son and will recommend him to anybody else. Very good Dr, explains everything clear and makes you feel at ease.

Good listener and calming personality. Made me feel comfortable. Staff is very sweet and professional.

Absolutely lovély doctor. I highly recommend him. He is thorough and pleasant. I am rest assured my mom is in good hands with Dr Blair.

Of all the doctors I have had to go to over the last few years, Doctor Blair was the best. The entire team working there were very personal and cared for me better than other doctors I have been to. I highly recommend Christus Health and Doctor Blair.

I'm aghast at the amount of low reviews given because people don't care for the office staff. I expected reviews to be given for the doctor, so people can make an informed decision on the quality of the doctor's service. While I understand that poor staff can cause issues (though I've honestly never had any issues with the office staff here either) I would have expected to see reviews for the actual doctor.
That said, I found Dr. Blair to be more than satisfactory. His bedside manner is excellent - very engaging, friendly, informative, and thorough. My only regret is that I no longer live in the area and can't use him as my doctor anymore. I recommended not letting reviews of office staff shy you away from considering him as your ENT.

I have been going to Dr. Blair for years. My oldest kid goes to him as well for his allergies and ears. I love the service they give us. The front staff has always been courteous and kind to me even when I have not been so kind. I love their patience and honesty, Dr. Blair keeps it real with me and that is what I need.we love it here. Thank you for everything yall do for us.
