Dr Bratsch definitely went above and beyond the call of duty. I was experiencing severe lower back pain to the point where any movement brought tears to my eyes. Dr Bratsch prescribed specific medication (shots) to my lower back. Within a matter of about 5 minutes the medication started to ease the pain. Furthermore, he also referred me to a back specialist in which I had a firmed appointment 48 hours after leaving his office.
Dr Bratsch is a very caring & thorough doctor always willing to go the extra mile for your health care needs.

Dr. Bratsch and his staff are very personable and professional. He really takes into consideration the patient’s needs and ailments. He is also very knowledgeable on how to help you out. I have had many doctors and never want another doctor other than Dr. Bratsch. It doesn’t matter how far away I move in the metropolitan area; I will make the drive to see Dr. Bratsch.

Dr. Bratsch is very personable, I enjoyed meeting him and sharing my health goal with him. He was very encouraging and I look forward to working with him to monitor and meet my health goals.

Dr. Bratsch is an outstanding physician. I have the upmost respect for him. He listens to his patients and works with them to find solutions to each concern. Also, I am able to reach him through the mychart portal and he graciously takes the time to respond to all the inquiries that I have send to him. He has also referred me to wonderful physicians if my concerns required a specialist. I cannot recommend Dr. Bratsch enough and thank the person who referred him to me constantly.

The new office is very nice - great colors and in a great location in Presbyterian Building 4 with free parking! Handicap parking is in the front by the door.

Dr Bratsch is an excellent doctor and a very likable person. I'm especially grateful that he can "fix" just about everything right there in his office in that same appointment rather than refer you to specialist or order a lot of outside testing, etc.

Dr. Brtasch is a great doctor. He is very thorough and informative. He's honest with you and takes his time to listen to your concerns. I would highly recommend him.

Friendly and caring atmosphere. I’ve been a patient of Dr Bratsch since he was at Southwest Physicians across from Charleston Methodist years ago. He is a caring and knowledgeable physician. I have been to other doctors, when I have been out of town, and received a wrong diagnosis and useless medication for my illness. I drive from San Angelo Texas for my appointments. I love his demeanor and the staff is great. I am so lucky to find a doctor that I can trust and talk to.

Dr. Bratsch never fails. First, his nurse Catalina is very efficient and knows what she is doing. She's always helpful and you can depend on her for answers if the doctor is unavailable.
Dr. Bratsch always listen and tries to find a solution to whatever problem you are having. He is kind and pleasant yet he knows his stuff and we can depend on him. I would absolutely hate it if I had to change doctors.

The doctor is excellent! Can not say the same thing for his staff. Most are rude and passive agressive. So sick of that front desk mentality. I never look forward to dealing with any of them or calling them for anything.

I am a new patient with Dr Bratsch. It is going well so far and he is very personable. I prefer a DO because they focus more on lifestyle and prevention rather than symptoms. This is what I got from Dr Bratsch.
