Dr. Trotter is very likeable and knowledgeable. He spent as much time with me as I needed, and would have stayed longer if needed. Couldn't be more pleased.

I totally agree with Austin Monthly's recognition of Dr. Trotter as one of Austin's best doctors. He is. He gave my condition thorough attention, treated me with much respect, and developed a treatment that reassured me. His entire office staff is friendly and supportive too. I unreservedly recommend Dr. Trotter.

Dr Trotter and staff are dependable and direct. Two things I value in my health care. I feel like they really hear me when I have concerns. I transferred to Dr. Trotter after my last Urology Dr.really didn't listen to my concerns. Since I'm near 60 years old, I know my body and what has changed or different so it's important to have a doctor that listens to this.

Never had an issue until a few weeks ago. No one answers the phone or returns calls. I can't get my prescription refilled because they refuse to work with express scripts. The holidays are over and still no answer or call back regardless of which button I push. Beginning to think they're no longer in business.

Dr. Trotter is an amazing doctor with a great bedside manner. I've been going to him for a few years now and I wouldn't choose anyone else.
