Caylee was very nice. She provided me with better options at a much lower rate than my previous insurance company. She even reached out to the previous agency to cancel my policy, sent docs to my apartment complex for my renters coverage, AND sent me my copy of docs within 15 minutes after the call as she promised. I appreciate efficiency.

I’ve always loved working with this team. I switched from geico several years back. Our relationship had been just making payments until the texas winter storm hit. They were very concerned & caring. Made sure my place was habitable. They followed up on a daily basis for the next 4days to make sure I didn’t need anything until the claims adjuster took over. For once, I feel a company is more interested in my well being than my money. I would recommend this particular office to anyone I know as I can’t speak for all the State Farm agents out there.
