Michael Kors, San Antonio TX

I ordered a Michael Kors purse online on August 5th 2023 as a birthday gift to be shipped to my sister, but soon discovered it was going to arrive in 30 days. Btw, I ordered the bag in the US to be sent to another state in the United States PO Box and that's why it's taking so long to get there. I called customer service to file a complaint and the Supervisor told me there was nothing they could do about it. Very poor customer service and terrible shipping policy. I'm really disappointed in Michael Kors and I'm not going buy from this brand again.

You should be careful with the black Michael Kors product, I bought this sandal I went after 1 trip and it was discolored like this, I came back to fix it, it didn't solve it for me, never I will come back here again

Decent selection of well priced bags and outfits. The staff seemed rather stoic but otherwise I liked the store.

This the worse store customer experience the manager JENNIFER TALK ABOUT HISPANIC ALWAYS WANTING MORE DISCOUNTS to the other staff Then the staff person name LUISA WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WHEN WANTING TO GET THE MANGER NAME SHE ACTED LIKE I WAS NOT WORTH TALKING TO VERY DISCRIMINATING. I CALLED MICHAEL KORS AND DID NOT DO NOTHING TO THESE 2 FEMALES BEING DISCRIMINATING AGAINST HISPANICS!

I own more than 53 pairs of Michaels kors shoes but today will be the last day I will ever buy anything from this brand from any store.
The manager at the store (Roxanne) has horrible attitude and major eye roll problem! I never thought about reading other people reviews but I was shocked when I saw I was not the only one that had issues with the SAME EMPLOYEE!
Obviously Michael Kors brand ignore all the reviews and complaints from their customers and never acknowledged them.
Ignoring your loyal customers and hiring ignorant employees will have consequences!

The store is very nice, clean and excellent items. We did not feel welcome. No one said or greeted us at the entrance either while inside.

The staff is very rude even the manager. They don’t smile till you buy something. My husband stopped by to pick up my order they refused and asked for me to stop by. He asked the manager to buy the same item and cancel my order. She ignored him and continued arranging the shopping bags.
