Michael Kors Outlet, Texas City TX

I love a sale. I'm not sure what the young ladies name was, but she was very helpful.

8/5/23 at approx 12: 30pm. My daughter and I went to Michael Kors in the outlet mall in Texas City to get a gift for my mother's birthday and 2 other gifts for different people. We were watched by the sales staff to the point we had to tell one young lady we did not need any assistance. One of the sales ladies walked in front of us several times with little space between us and never said excuse me. While at the counter purchasing the gifts, I asked if we could have a gift bag for each gift. I was told they did not have any gift bags but could put tissue paper in their standard bags. I agreed to that and then was told I could not have 3 separate bags. I was told there was a 2 bag limit. These companies are getting out of hand with bad customer service, increasing the prices and act as if the customers owe them something. Michael Kors, it's time for some employee training on Customer Service. I went to Coach and was greeted, helped, not watched or stared down and received great Customer Service. Kudos to the Coach Outlet Staff. Great Job!

Interviewed with the store manager for the Assistant Manager Position. I called the store several times for an update on the position, but was never contacted back. The manager ghosted me which is highly unprofessional. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

The cell girls were rude looked at me because I'm old they thought I couldn't afford nothing in your store I walk mad and not the door two young Mexican girls with long hair

A friend of mine bought a really nice bag from here so I had to come and see what they had. I bought a very nice bag w the wallet for $203. Good deal and I'll be back

I am a big Michael kors fan. Though I visit at least once in the month. Staff are not friendly at all nor welcoming especially the guy that I think he is a supervisor or a manger. I never heard a greeting word from this store. Maybe handicaps shoppers are not welcomed.

Too much for one trip. Go back when you figure out why you didn't buy one of everything!?

Selection was fair but the two ladies working there were to busy on their phones to be bothered acknowledging or helping customers. There was one nice young man sticking shelves who was welcoming.

Very limited selection. They said because of Covid they hadn't received their shipments. I would recommend a small window display so shoppers could see what they have on their shelves before going into the store.because of Covid they limit the number of customers in the store at one time. So you have to stand in line until someone comes out and you get your turn. I stood in line for 10 minutes just to spend less then 5 minutes in the store. If I could have seen their selection I wouldn't have wasted my time and anyone else's behind me.

Love all Michael Kors stores! I just wish I had caught them during an extra store wide discount. But I still bought anyway lol
