Michael Kors Outlet, San Marcos TX

The associate Alex was absolutely wonderful! She was the first person to greet me and introduced herself immediately. She said if I needed any help to come find her, which when I did she did a great job of finding what I needed based off of the information I gave her. A lot of the other individuals were walking around but she was the main associate who made an impression and truly helped me out. I was amazed by her work ethic and kindness. When I get my next product, I will be looking for her to help me out again in the future. She made the experience delightful and I usually hate having to talk to associates when I am shopping. The five stars I am giving for this review are because of her. Great products and great employees if everyone is like Alex!

I really don't know why his service is so bad. When I asked about the price, the two female salesmen ignored me and continued to chat. I had to walk over by myself before answering impatiently. When I decided to buy, I asked if there was any new packaging, and I didn't even look at it and said there was no new one. I feel so uncomfortable There are no other customers in the store, and the male salesman is still very enthusiastic. As for the tall, thin saleswoman, she always acted like we owed her money. Her originally good mood made her very disappointed.

Out of all the stores here this one had the best customer service. The ladies see you with bags and offer to get a new one for you so you can put yours back and keep shopping. Made the process of shopping for many bags so much easier. Would recommend this store out of all.

Cecilia was amazing! Had a mess of online orders to return and she was so patient in figuring it out. Close to closing time with a long line behind me. Thank you!

Very disappointed with employees, went for last minute gifts the week after black friday, was never greeted upon entry, never asked if we needed any help and they profiled which customers they target. There were 3 workers just standing there and talking and looking at us weird. They lost a big sale and a few customers that night. I would not recommend this location to any potential customers, After we walked out of the store an employee walks in and my little niece said hi to her to be friendly and she never responded back, very rude. As we were standing outside in front of the store, another family group went in and they where approached and greeted. Yes very evident you cant go in there with ure after work clothes you might not get acknowledged. There are many other MK stores that have better customer service. I will be reporting this to upper management as this need to be addressed and need improvement in this area.

If you're in decollecting Michael Kors products like I am this is the best store to go to go to the whole mall was phenomenal but I'm an old but I love Michael Kors and I personally I went in and even got next to 10% off so I walked out with a purse a wallet in shoes for 200 bucks can't go wrong with that

Absolute worst outlet shop, prices were good but the staff entirely ignored me and treated me like I was in their way.

I was only greeted walking in with my family, after a few minutes no one had acknowledged us. I did find a crossbody bag I was in love with. After trying on the bag a SALES rep finally walked over to compliment the purse. She was definitely being helpful to her benefit at this point. In my opinion customer service is terrible and only willing to acknowledge you when they realize you're willing to buy.

Staff were really nice and helpful. Everything is absolutely beautiful! Love the items that match colors like the purple!

I was recently shopping at this location. A presumed “manager” had her employees gathered in the middle of the store threatening them if they called out they might as well quit and she didn’t care the reason. She said she didn’t care if they were sick (in the midst of Covid!) This lady had dark hair and glasses. I refused to shop here after I witness how terrible the employees were treated. Don’t shop here!

The sales in this store makes up price and story as they see fit, total disrespect to this brand and customer. I was interested in MK’s carry on luggage case, a 20 something sales said the list price was $695, store price $395, then another 20 something came and “corrected” the first saying the listing was “actually $895”. It looks to me the Signature series, list around $500. I thought may be this is a new improved series that I don’t know about, so I asked what model the carry on is, then their lies started to fly, “the models in outlet mall you don’t find in department store or official website”. Even grammar is off, what a big turn off! The case looks authentic to me, but I won’t risk for $100 off list.

What a disappointment. Three times in the last 8 months or so I have stopped in at the San Marcis outlet only to find that they change their hours. I spend a lot of money on Michael Kors merchandise but it may be time to rethink where I shop. 2 pm opening on a Thursday?
