2I was going to use this doctor as a new patient because of the great reviews but I definitely declined after speaking with whoever the rude little girl they have answering the phones. I have insurance and my insurance told me they were in network but when I called she’s saying they aren’t. My insurance says to have them call so they can confirm it but she says there’s nothing she can do. Now Ive never known for doctor offices to not call insurance companies… but the little rude girl confirms that this is not the doctors office I need to choose if they have people like her working there. Im glad that I didn’t choose Mr. Rogers because it seems that he does not have good people working under him. I’ll move right along and find another doctor to help me! Thanks for nothing!
