I have been Dr. Tolle's patient for more than five years and during each visit the staff have always been polite and knowledgeable.i seen the doctor at the appointed time, during each visit all of my questions were addressed and I never felt I was being rushed through my appointment, Dr. Tolle has proven to be very thorough in his diagnosis and able to explain himself in layman's terms.

Great Experience, Dr. Tolle was very thorough and engaging. All staff was friendly and attentive. I found my doctor for as long as I live in Dallas!

Doctor Tolle is very knowledgeable and thorough. I feel that I always get excellent care from him and his staff. They are very courteous and professional. Dr. Tolle always explains things very well. I highly recommend him as a Primary Care Physician.

Dr Tolle,
I was prescribed 2 medications that I am unable to take (NSAIDS). Luckily I looked prior to taking them. I immediately called your office at 8am to get a different prescription called in as I was in continued pain all night. I then called again at 11am, 11: 45,1: 25, and 1: 44pm. It is now 3: 30 and I still have not received any phone calls or updates on a different prescription. I have been in pain all day with no assistance from your office. I find this very unprofessional.

Dr. Tolle has been nothing but professional. He is accessible when needed, answers questions quickly, and I never feel rushed during appointments. He stays current with therapies, and does a great job explaining his thoughts to me in language I can understand. Its rare to find a doctor who makes you feel valued nowadays, but as long as he keeps this up I'll be strongly recommending him.

Dr. Tolle is a true professional. I had went to another doctor, but came back to Dr. Tolle cause he saw me as a patient (person) and not just a insurance card.

Dr Tolle has no respect for anyone's time but his own. He does not return emails in the patient portal. He will keep you waiting 45 minutes past your appointment and act like your time has no value. Yes he is s good Dr but there are plenty good Drs so he has no monopoly on that status. What he needs is a better practice of time management and not over booking. I became so frustraited with him I found another Dr.

I've been going to this clinic for about 2 years now. The office is always clean, not long wait times, personalized care, with a good office staff. DR. TOLLE IS AWESOME. He takes the time to listen to his patients, and he has great expertise. I would highly recommend this clinic! Keep up the great work!

Staff answer the phone with a small you can tell they are happy to assists me.

Dr. Toll staff will make it happen booking appointment same day or allow you to come in and have a appointment standing appointment.

The doctor is good. But he has a serious problem with timing. I had to wait 1 hour to see him, even though I have an appointment.

Dr Tolle was professional and took time to explain. Even though there is a language barrier we were still able to communicate

I've been coming to this office for years. Im very happy and confident with the staff and the facility. My only gripe is that every time I come in, I have to fill out the same questionnaire, with the exact same information. There needs to at least be a box I can check that says "no change". Otherwise 5 Stars.

Dr Tolle takes time to understand the issue. He treats me with priority. His office runs very smoothly. I have never waited more than 15 minutes to be seen. Friendly staff, great service.

I was referred to Dr. Tolle’s clinic by another doctor of mine. I made an appointment online and never received an email or follow up phone call confirming my appointment was made.

I called the morning of my appointment to confirm I was scheduled and the receptionist said yes. She wanted to go through some of the questions about payment/insurance, which is fine, but why an hour before I’m arriving? When she started reading off the information I entered from making my appointment online it was not my info. My number was listed but so was another random number, she then confirmed I had Aetna but I do not have insurance, she confirmed my address but it was a PO Box that was not mine. After we hung up I had to call back once I arrived to figure out parking and where to go as no one informed me beforehand.

I signed in for my 10: 45a appointment with the front at ~10: 37a. I was not notified that Dr. Tolle would be running late. I filled out my paperwork and returned it to the front at ~10: 48a. At 11: 17a I asked if they had an estimate on when I would be called back and the front said he’s running 30 minutes late, but I was next in line. At 11: 32a (roughly 1 hour wait time) I let the front know that with the 45 minute checkup and the fact that I also needed blood work (another part of the building that is walk in only) that this appt was now setting me back roughly 2 hours. I cancelled my appointment and left as I took off today for several other scheduled appointments.

I understand doctors run behind and things happen. I think it would have been beneficial for the front to let me know the delay when I checked in so I could have planned accordingly (as a lot of people with a job - I took off work unpaid to attend my appointments). I respect my doctor’s time so I show up early to provide the necessary information/paperwork and I would like the same in return as an out-of-pocket paying patient. I will be finding a new PCP as I attempted to do with Dr. Tolle’s office.

I called the office yesterday requesting a refill on my prescription. I explained to whom ever I was talking to that my mom had a stroke, I work and am the primary care taker for her as she is at home. I do not have time to come to the office. This female said she would give Dr. Tolle the message but that I would probably still need to come in. Can’t do it. She said he or someone would call me back. Never heard from anybody. I asked my pharmacist if it was called in. No was the response, so my pharmacist said that they would call it in. As of 1: 00 today, they have not heard from y’all. I’m guessing that Dr. Tolle never received the messages. I’m very disappointed in the way this was, or was not handled. I will be looking for another Dr.
