Found some items online that caught my attention, I had to go to the store to see them in person. Very clean and organized. The items I bought look great on my wall.

My needed some v-neck shirts for a family get together and she was able to find all the sizes she needed.

Slightly higher prices than hobby lobby, but they do have good sales every now and then. You have to hurry if you find something and buy it. Might not be there the next time

It was just so so experience we couldn't find what we are looking for so had to go to a competitor.it seems that the variety was not like in the past but that might be due to what's going on with the covid-19

Michael's is amazing but some things are just too expensive. I can get some stuff somewhere else for less.

I love Michaels so much I literally buy all my arts and crafts things from there and there so good in quality

Great sales and if you have the Michael's App.use coupons wisely and don't forget to add points to your rewards cards

The staff was very friendly, good deals, but most coupons are not available in store, have to download app. Things are pretty pricey, maybe pricier than hobby lobby, but it's still a very good store.

I found everything I needed, great customer service very well organized, you fine everything in order. If they don't have what your looking for they can order it for you.

My wife is an art teacher. And we always find everything we need. Ppl here are always so very helpfull. And if they dont know. They still help you trying to find it for you.

Went in looking specific, actually browsed most of the store. Pretty well organized and a ton of things.

Website isnt updated shows they have stuff in stock that they don't carry but the cashier was super nice and helpful.

Paint brushes are never in stock. Every time I go, I go with the intention of buying at least one paint brush, yet just about all of them are always out of stock. I always go back hoping this time I'll find what I need. Michael's never fails to prove me wrong. Sigh.

Its a decent place to get your art needs. The only thing I dont like is it takes forever to pick up your product you ordered online. I might as well go to store and buy it there, than order online assuming the main point of convenience of time to shop for it.
Takes longer for them to have my order ready than for me to drive to store and shop it myself and pay for it.
No point in online order and pick up. Slow.
