They were real nice, even though I had forgotten my mask on my vehicle. The cashier said it was no problem and provided me with one. Thanks for the great service.

I made a purchase in this Michaels store, a machine to print and cut CRICUT stickers and it did not work well, I came to the store two days after buying it and in the store the clerk told me that I have to call whoever made the machine because they only sell! I am surprised that they leave that job to their clients, I have an hour here in the store on a call with the company that manufactured the machine and what do you think? They are from China! Nobody should make this type of purchase because they say that if it does not work and the box is already open, there is no guarantee, but then how will you find out if it works or not? Take care of your money and do not buy in this store

I love this store, I always find good deals. This time they had really good deals on canvaces. For 10.99 I got 7 10x13 canvaces.

Staff is rude, when asked where an item is the employee don't know so when your looking for something best bet is to go when you have time so you can find it your self.

I have not here in over five years, and Michael's has only gotten better. I spent two hours here because I found a bunch of supplies for project. And the cashier, was so nice, she found a 20% discount for me to use. Defiantly going back and highly recommended!

The staff are not really helpful, lines are long at the registers because they usually only have one register open. Product wise they are decent, some over priced.

Well I really didn't find what I was looking for, and the only person I saw to ask wasn't helpful at all. She pointed me in the direction but I didn't find what I needed. So I looked around for awhile and then my friend and I left! We went somewhere else!

Selection isn't what it used to be and the prices are very high! But if you need a large frame, this is pretty much the only place to find it!

Always a fun place to shop. I always have to remember to shop quickly because I'll end up leaving with things I dont need. Lol.

In and out of there all the time. Always stocked. Pens and makers are a mess.but as you can see its really our fault not Theirs. Creative bunch

This Michael's was once great. Could not find any help on the floor and I was not the only person. I over heard a customer saying why can't I find any body to help me.

Can't believe they are so inexpensive lots of sales coupons I really enjoyed it I enjoyed my crystals I would definitely recommend this place to go shop on Saturdays and Sundays

The store staff was very confused when we ask for an item’s location. I did a survey for them and expected to get a 25% off deal but the staff was hesitant and confused on how to apply this discount. Then, another cashier came to help, and she didn’t do anything but told us that they couldn’t apply the discount because it was buy one get one half off. The discount showed it applies to any regularly priced item. Isn’t the first one regularly priced? ! They were rude and confused, and I ‘m not going to this location anymore!

The lady in the back who does pick ups for people was not friendly at all. The people up front on the other hand, are actually really nice. The store has lost of great deals all the time.
