Got lost in the aisles again. They had a clearance sale going on. Got the items needed and some more.

Had exactly what I needed to finish my craft. Next time I will look at Michael's first! Thank you for keeping us safe with a clean store.

Iv notice that while all crafting mega stores are way too expensive, this one has come down in price. The others have gone up PLUS none have a decent sale anymore AND the good coupons are on line just like Kroger, Tom Thumb and all the other grocery stores. What do they All think that EVERYONE is computer in savy? News flash! We're not!

Bought a $200 machine was not offered the loyalty program went back a week later and the lady ask if I want to sign up. I asked if my previous purchase can be add I was told no very disappointing especially since I shop her often and this is the first I've been told or offered the program.

I think Covid had taken its toll on Michael's. Choices were low. And inventory was lacking. But Michael's still very good.

Love the 70 percent off prices! Found some decor for my garden and arts and craft items for me to work on.

They carry the craft rolling cart that I was looking for. The had it on sale and I use the app for a coupon. I highly recommended this store.

As with all businesses these pandemic days, supplies were limited. It was just OK because the staff was not very helpful.

I absolutely love Michaels. I go here for all my crafting needs. My only complaint is some things are a bit overpriced but if it weren't for that I'd give it a solid 5 stars.

Will revisit rating after custom framing complete. VERY EXPENSIVE to frame here.complete craft store with best selection of items & very helpful staff. Jaime is amazing.she makes sure you're happy.

I was pleasantly surprised with the selection and more so with the discounts considering it's a specialty store.

Michael's is amazing. A wide variety of crafting products are maintained at all times and supporting supplies is a mainstay. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable, and the prices are affordable. The store is kept clean, organized, and well stocked.

This store is huge. The layout is a bit confusing compared to others. Categories are sectioned into small blocks. I was lost but was pleased with the variety of pens and marker selection.

Great place to buy (most) crafts items, though some serious things like paints and canvas are a bit too pricey. Their "custom picture framing" is EXTRORDINARILY high. Better drive to UNT campus in Denton and have it done there.

We take our pictures here to get them framed. This place is awesome. They have experts helping with all aspects of framing.

Absolutely love this store and always spend a ton of money here. It seems like maybe they are cutting back on some of the scrapbooking stuff which is nice giving way for new stuff and more of it.

Go here for color therapy! Employees aren't overly helpful or friendly but there us a lot of color and ideas.

They put two items in the same bin and mark the bin as a sale item but only for half the items in it. That's baiting and switching! I've seen it the last two times I have been there. Not going again.

Not over joyed at all! Poor to none customer service and pricey is mild understatement of the year! No greetings.ask for help and they basically pointed the general direction and I was right back on my own trying to find what I wanted AGAIN! NOT PLANNING ON GOING BACK ANYMORE EVER UNLESS THEY HAVE A SERIOUS MAJOR EMPLOYEE OVERHAUL! OUT WITH THE OLD N VERY BAD N IN WITH THE NEW. FRESH. AND WANTING TO LEARN AND HELP CUSTOMERS AS PAID TO DO GRACIOUSLY (NO FREAKING BAD ATTITUDE) AND THEN LOWER THE PRICES OF MOST THINGS IN THERE AND I'M ALL FOR GOING BACK!
