The staff are helpful and its clean and organized. Not much selection of anything except flowers and baskets but its decent.

Went shopping for a birthday present and got great help finding what I needed. Easy in-and-out shopping and customer service.

I found amazing deals on very expensive coloring books! They didnt ring up correctly at the register, but the time it took to correct the problem was no issue. They also had lots of sales/clearance so it looked as though they were prepping for new stock.
Excellent deals here.

I had a picture with broken glass and the young lady was very nice. Repaired it within 20 minutes

Went there because there website said they had something in store but didn't. They said they don't sell it.

The place is messy, no enforcement of social distancing or maintenance of cleaning up the counter or credit card machines at the checkout.

Found just about everything I needed to decorate at wonderful prices. This morning around 9, hardly anyone in the store.

Not impressed. I needed a certain white yarn. There was one left that didn't have a label and was torn apart. I asked for it to be discounted and it was a flat no. I have never had that happen at any other store. Generally if a customer is willing to buy damaged goods, most places are willing to sell for less just to get rid of it. Pretty poor business and customer service.

I'm from out or town and the set up was confusing. But eventually I found some of the things I needed.

I accidentally press 1 star earluer. I give this place a 5 star rating the staff were wonderful. The manager went above and beyond to take care of me

In the midst of a pandemic the store had great deals. I managed to find a lot of great merchandise at 50% off. Thanks for allowing us to still be creative and budget friendly.

Great place for me to pick up painting supplies, the staff is A1 in know their stuff and very helpful 5 fan brushes out of 5

I really love the staff you have at this location. They are all nice and willing to help and even go beyond when they don’t have an item or something. Ordering online and picking up is super easy. The classes are awesome too. Keep up the good work.

Went to Michaels for artificial flowers to put on two graves. They had a good selection to choose from. Staff was nice and helpful. Would go back!

I was really disappointed I was looking for a wreath and their selection is horrible could not find anything I was looking for and what I did find was overpriced

Frames. Michael's carries a nice variety of frames. They also carry all of your arts and crafts, too. I even got my artificial Christmas tree there. Friendly staff, too.

Clean store they had everything I needed and more. I love the friendly staff and coupons they offer

The store is nice but we didn't find what we needed and my bf said he thinks someone was following us in the store we came to buy a heart shaped mold for a flower pendant and could find it we wondered around looking for stuff for a few projects we are working on an I even asked someone that worked there where would the stuff be we needed but when we told he we checked there already she said she didn't know we needed up leaving

Pretty well organized compared to other Michael's stores. The staff here is great too, always courteous and willing to help you find what you need.
