I went to return an item and 2 of the employes were verry rood
one even charged me for no reason and the other laughed at me verry rood

Lots of wonderful creative art supplies. They are still offering holiday items for the upcoming holiday. Great prices. Nice staff.

It’s amazing the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable they seem to appear at the right time an never hound you prices are reasonable I just love going un thee to shop

Great experience, had everything you could need for crafting. Didnt have what i was looking for at the time but really enjoyed browsing through everything.

If Covid has taught us anything, it's that we can order anything we need on Amazon and have it within 2 days.

Which is why it baffles me that Michael's has done away with accepting competitor coupons and only offers 20 and 30% coupons regularly, rather than the 40% and higher that they (and Joann's and hobby lobby) have trained their clientele to use and expect.

Do they not want people to use them instead of Amazon? Do they not want to bring people back to their stores? I checked and the items I routinely buy had increased in price and now there aren't coupons. There is zero reason for me to shop here. Even if I needed it immediately, I'd make do rather than come back.

And then when you visit a store in person after a year of Covid avoidance, and the associate actually gives a little bit of a snort laugh before replying that they haven't accepted in at least 3 years when the policy took place at the start of Covid the previous year. Well, it just furthers my resolution to continue not shopping there. So 2 stars to Michaels in general for inflating their prices, training their clientele to expect and use coupons, and then keeping the high prices and doing away with matching competitors, and 2 stars for the snort laugh from the associate who helped me.

Owner is very well informed on his products & their use. Most clerks are un- aware past where a product is in the store. All are friendly & pleasant

I love Michael’s. The employees are always friendly and willing to lend you a hand if you don’t have the floor plan memorized like many people do!

Very helpful staff and good selection of yarn, paper crafts, frames, cricut supplies, and home decor! My go-to crafting place in town.

Very busy & having their roof repaired but the employees were as cheerful and helpful as they always are! LOVE this store, though I do wish it was bigger!

Only negative is that there is hardly anyone on the floor to ask for help looking for something specific. Besides that, pretty cool store when you want to craft.

Normal craft store, would be wonderful if they sold fabric in store, but they have plenty of supplies for most of the crafting I do. Employees are always very nice and helpful.

Lost purse in store asked if they can check cameras. Manager told me she wouldn't because it's been a day. She hung up on me. I will be contacting corporate. Also of you're into cricut products they're a lot cheaper on cricut.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Manager even told me a good deal that was going on. I am giving 5 stars because of the customer service given by Eddy and Chelsea today. They even helped me pick the best coupon out of the two I had.

It's a smaller location than most Michael's but is well stocked and employees are nice. Coupons were honored from phone screen without issue.

They welcomed us with snacks, my girlfriend loves snacks. She was sad to see that they didnt have a large selection of yarn.

Burgers were delicious. Fries and onion rings were unimpressive. Chedders onion rings are superior taste and quality, ditto the fries.
