Michaels, Round Rock TX

Always spend more then I intend to here. Just impossible not to. The associates have always been helpful and kind. Store is always clean and usually has everything I wanted in stock.

Was at Hobby Lobby the day before and Michael's was nothing compared they did not have special sales of any kind and was more on the high side

There's a man who works there at this Round Rock location named Max and he's the most helpful, kindest customer service employee I've come across in awhile not just for Michael's stores but ANY stores and also healthcare. If more people who worked customer service were like him I think the world would be a better place.

I gave four stars because if he's not there that line to check out gets long and stays long typically and the same for other locations. Also the bathrooms are typically "iffy. ". Thanks Max for a better experience, I appreciate you!

Associate with the cheek piercings was very helpful, (didn't get her name) but she helped me find a very specific item that probably would have taken me days!

Love shopping here. They are well stocked and very organized. I wish they had cardboard sheets for a reasonable price. Also, the check out lines can get longer. Prefer going here on weekdays.

Clean store great customer service. The framing manager is great! Well organized, clean, friendly.all around a great store. All thumbs up! Definitely the better location in and around Austin to shop at!

Stopped by just to see if anything struck my fancy. They had some of the color changing yarn which was awesome. Looked like they might be clearing shelves (hopefully for Halloween items) in the center portion.

Dirty bathrooms vents havent been cleaned in what looks like a century, employees don't wash their hands, paint selection worst I've ever seen in a micheals and only 1 cahsier.what else are yall doing defdinatly not cleaning or stocking ur products.

Folk Art paint wasn't well stocked but there's enough options too make due. The store was also well kept and it was easy to locate items.

I am not a crafty person and I had lots of things to get while I was here. And I think I hounded about every single employee in the store but they were all super friendly and super helpful and I just could not thank them enough.

This isn't a big Michael's and it doesn't carry all the products a bigger one does. It's in a great location. Manger and staff are friendly and helpful.

Had great deals going on! Like always! Plus they support our troops! That in my book wins business from me every time! You support our troops then I will get everyone I know to shop at your store, and everyone they know too! I bought art (drawing and painting) supplies and some strung beads in jewelry making, along with some charms; I spent a total of $50 when it could have been a lot more. That's the exciting part! I love my Michael's!

I enjoyed my time browsing and gathering items that I needed for my art projects. The funny thing that happened was two lady customers who were tailgating me in the parking lot managed to quickly skeedattle out of Michaels as I queued for a check out.

Thank you for always fulfilling my crafting needs and desires. The store is clean, the employees are helpful, they rock!

They have some good stuff but not much variety and store seemed small. Michaels always looks like it's going out of business.

Their "same day" delivery service isn't worth it. I placed an order yesterday at 11: 08am, well before the cut off time, and at 7: 45pm I still hadn't received my items. I called the store only to be told that they were too busy and my order hadn't been processed yet. I would get it in a day or two. What good is a day or two later when I'm placing a "same day" order?

I called their corporate office and spoke with a supervisor named "Clarice". She used the same excuse they always use when there is a problem. There was a system failure. I knew she wasn't telling the truth because the store told me otherwise. After she called the store suddenly within a few minutes my order was scheduled for delivery.

Take note: According to the Michael's website, if your order is placed before 1: 00pm you may get it that day. No where on the website is it stated as to a time frame as to when you'll receive it. According to "Clarice" they have until 9: 00pm to deliver it. So, if you think you'll set your order within a few hours of placing the order, forget about it.

That's Michael's for you, they lure you in with the cheap prices and stick you with the stipulations later.

Our Michaels visit was good. Allot of there seasonal items were looted but we made it out with our first Christmas village piece at half off. Tom, the manager was a great help an and awesome person to talk to.

Love this place. I'm an artist and sell for a living. So much better than Hobby Lobby and the rewards program is fantastic!

Great selection but not easy to find what you're looking for. Layout is confusing for newbies because like items do not seem to be grouped together.clearance section had a lot of great deals but was completely trashed and unorganized and I did not have the patience to look through
