On the bright side I found cool stuff on clearance, only reason why I gave it an extra star! Bad points I felt as if I was being watched & followed by a fellow (POC) I asked her if she was ok? She gave me a very generic response with a bad attitude! Girl at the front was very stoic & unfriendly, another manager was just as unfriendly towards me, as well! I felt very unwelcomed were in the past it was a whole different vibe in there. Will not revisit!

OMG, best place for picture frames and crafts. They already have Halloween and Thanksgiving decor.

I like Michaels well enough. But their clearance is often silly. The 60% off prices are basically what you would expect the original price to be on most items. And there are items you would expect them to carry that they no longer do, such as purse straps.

There's this area just for craft materials for beads, and there's someone whose willing to help you with anything.

Convenient to large residential area with entertainment, shopping and dining all in same area. Well stocked with all kinds of do it yourself crafts. Nice store.

Seems like no one is working in the store. Waited 20min at the frames counter for nothing. I had bought a frame from M in the morning and needed a tiny tiny cut on one side of my mat, but they wont do it or allow me to do it. Very thankful for Michaels and their employees.

Update: the person working at the frames departement showed up and was happy to help with a tiny cut using a cuter. It took 10sec. Not all employees are in a bad mood:)

I kind of forget about Michael's but it's a great place! I had a little difficulty finding one of the things I needed for my project. I found an employee who was very knowledgeable and actually made a great recommendation on a substitute to complete the project that worked out perfectly and for a better price! I left a happy camper!

I needed Velcro strips to reinforce my couch cushion. When to this location on a whim. Their website was a bit vague, but accurate in guiding me to the exact product I needed. The checkout staff were friendly as per usual.

Nothing beats the huge selection of products Michael's carries, some items in my opinion are priced to high, but I love me a craft store

Weekend Free Kids Crafts! Online reservations from 10 a.m! Give up and go. It's just a participatory class in the aisle.

Not a craft person but went in for a few things for the kids. I ended up staying longer. Prices are good when you find sales, which there are always. Arts and crafts for kids are plentiful. Holiday decor is reasonable and won't look like others who shopped at Walmart or Target. I have been back for things for the house since then and have had good experiences with the staff and product selection.

This place is the best. Helpful staff and everything you could hope to find in a craft store

Came here to get wide pencils. They don't have them, so I bought their smaller graphite ones. Thank you for being open on Sunday.:)

It seems like Michaels has found enough people to have help on the floor. I was able to locate someone to help me find something during my visit. The people were friendly and kind and the store was neat, organized and clean.
