Craft Store Michaels reviews
15Ii went for framing and was given plenty of time to select colors etc. The framer was very cordial and the price was right!
It's a beautiful place, if you are interested in hobby and handmade things, you will love to visit this place.
Had a poor selection of gift baskets but always better Egan hobby lobby. They aren’t trying to shove Jesus down my throat. I’ll always shop Micheal’s just because of that
I asked that they cancel my order and was told it was “cancelled yesterday “. I get a notification the next day that my order had shipped. Not only did they not cancel it, they flat out lied to me. I had to call their cooperate office and she cancelled my order. Lazy incompetent and dishonest. I will be avoiding this store for good.
I took my 4 kids here for the father's day craft. This activity was advertised online as making woodburned father's day Keychains. I signed up online 2 weeks ago and was sent an email reminder on Saturday and text message reminder at 1pm. My kids were excited about doing the Father's day craft, and when we got to the store at 2pm, we were told that they didn't have many crafts. Nothing special had been planned for father's day Additionally, they told us that if we wanted to wait, we could possibly do random crafts but it wouldn't start until 2: 30.
A go to place for artists and painters. You can basically get anything art related, let it be brush and canvas to even food art supplies. Well organised and they offer discounts from time to time.
If you want to buy fabric off the bolt don’t bother coming here. Pushed that button twice for assistance no one came. Waited 15 minutes. As I left there were 4 employees wearing their red vests standing up by the framing department chewing the fat. Might as well close the store if this is the best you can do.
Always a great place for crafters. The store is clean and offers a reward program which is worth getting signed up for future purchases. This is my "go to" place for frames, craft supplies and seasonal decor.
Well organized store, easy to find items that we needed. Employees were very nice at check out. We had not been to this location before and I got a little lost in the parking lot. But the niceness made up for my frustration trying to find it in rush hour traffic
Mr. Josh (manager) was a babydoll. He was so kind in assisting me with what I was searching for. I will definitely be back because of his customer service.
The cashier we had tonight was awesome, she was very pleasant and friendly. Shame on me for not getting her name.
They aren't tomb raiding evangelical nutbars like Hobby Lobby, that's all I need to know to give them my business. Huge amount of art supplies and crafting materials at reasonable prices.
The frame shop is fantastic. Cannot be more professional. They framed our original drawings of our Ruff Greens product bags. Fantastic hanging in our new offices.
Cannot be happier!
Great customer service, clean location and we'll organized. I'm impressed by the friendly team members.
The employees are much too young to give two rats about customer service, so don't bother asking them where anything is because they'll get on their radios and wait 10 seconds and then tell you 'no' they don't have that (really? No puff paint? No fabric paint at all?)
