Staff was friendly, I used the curbside service I let them know I had arrived and within minutes they brought the stuff I bought. Great service. I recommend using curbside service.

I liked the fountain pen in selection here. Gets me out of a tight spot on Sundays when hobby lobby is closed.

Knowledgeable sales associates who are friendly and willing to help you find what you're looking for. The checkout process, however, was less friendly and fast.

Great place but a bit messy! I found what I was looking for plus picked up some great bargains but too chaotic!

Michaels is a fun and exciting place shop because the staff are very helpful and there are events to learn or just perfect your creative ideas. Michaels has something for the genius or the novice creator in mind.

Never fails that I never find what I need. I remember when there were wreaths of all kinds and they were so beautiful and flower arrangements. Paints brushes are mixed out of stock flowers attract more in front of store. I needed multi purpose folk art paint and none.

This store is my backup to Hobby Lobby. Kinda like the side chick. Old faithful. You'll find what you need, however, you always go back to old faithful. Seriously, they have some awesome stuff, but not as good of sales as HL. They do give coupons, plus your online coupons and if you become a member; you automatically get additional discounts at checkout. Inventory is iffy, you wont always find what you are looking for.

Not enough cashiers, overworking one cashier and keeping customers waiting too long, at least one more would be a good idea, give someone a Job.

Very helpful staff and wide variety of arts and crafts items. But the planner items are spread throughout the store instead of being in one convenient aisle.

Good alternative to hobby lobby. A little more expensive. Hard to find employee to answer questions. Always a long wait to check out.

I like their bargain bin stuff. They have a good selection of paper for scrapbooking. Have to go when there are sales. Bathrooms though can need some more cleaning.

The employees are easy to find on the floor and will help you find whatever you need. Cashier line doesn’t take too long. They don’t have a fabrics section just a small selection of fat quarters for quilting. So this place is more for only crafting and not sewing.

Love this place, they have such a huge selection for any type of arts and crafts. Also the employees are very helpful and readily avaible if theres something you need to find.

It has a huge variety of items for arts & crafts, school projects, home decor, custom framing and best of all a rewards program for members with fantastic coupons, even on sale items.

Michael's is a good place to purchase your arts and crafts product. Their employees are friendly and willing to make your visit comfortable.

I love going to this hobby store, although I would say it's detrimental.to my wallet, too many cool things to buy.
