Do not hire this firm. Beatty took my retainer fee and did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Wouldn't return my calls, falsified records, lied about time billed. When asked for a contract, statement of billing hours, he wouldn't produce. I've contacted The Texas State Bar and have started the grievance process to have him disbarred. A total CROOK. DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN YOUR MONEY..!

Mr. Alcozer is definitely a great disability lawyer. He is kind, considerate and very knowledgeable. I am forever greatful to him for the success of mydisability case. Thanks for being a great representative just a all around nice person

I read some negative reviews. As informed in an email you shouldn’t reach out until you’ve been denied. Why does your television commercial say otherwise?

Jay Beatty had no interest in assisting us. His tone was condescending and more attacking towards us instead of sympathetic.

We come to to his law firm for help and he would not try to listen, kept cutting us off. If he didn't want the case he could have just said so. He didn't have to be so rude or waste our time.

If you need an attorney, you want one that has your back or is happy you walked in the door. He acted all anoyed and was like he was cross examining us. He has zero people skills, he is now the very last attorney I would ever represent.

Alcozer and his son both sent me home with one word after my case…WINNING! Thank you both for the no nonsense straight to the facts kind of approach. Your honesty commitment and communication are the things that kept us strong and going. Actually my wife did that! But y’all get what I mean. I would recommend Alcozer in a heartbeat.
As for the partner Beatty he could not have been more opposite. He was rude, condescending and just presented himself as an overall burnout. He did not want to do the work of a case we have continued to pursue with a different real estate attorney. We even called back to ask if he would help us now that we have updated info supporting our case. Never got a call back. I have family that had worked in and out of the courts my entire life. I know someone that should think about retirement when I see it. But that’s just my opinion.
But on the positive note Alcozer is the jam of Central Texas. He knows what he’s doing and he’s professional about his approach. Alcozer should be the head name in the partnership, because this guy is you law firms GOAT!
