28 Houston’s one stop shop for electronics and other cool gadgets.
Customer service can be excellent or mediocre.
Just depends on who you talk to and how they’re felling that day. They’re not perfect, just people, so I don’t take it personal.
They have an internet pick-up counter for folks that purchase online. Meant to make shopping quicker and more convenient but it’s so popular that the line was twice as long as the regular checkout line.

Advice.
Go in to buy only what you had planned on or you will be leaving with more in your bag and less in your wallet then you had originally intended.
Microcenter was an amazing experience my computer was fixed while I shopped with my hot chocolate. I loved it, definitely going back again and again.

Usually helpful staff (very helpful today). They carry some esoteric stuff plus things that you'd expect to find in a computer store. It's my favorite computer store. Beats Best Buy by a mile and Fry's by a light year.
Went to buy a new printer and needed help in finalizing one for my small business. Nicholas was very knowledgeable, very helpful and went over and beyond and took me though everything very patiently. Breath of fresh air after dealing with Best Buy’s and the likes.
Ive always enjoyed microcenter in California and Massachusetts, it still always satisfies me no matter what question i ask or problem i have the customer service there is Exceptional! Better than frys or any other Electronics store by far 10/10 would recommend
Wish I had found this place ten-thousand-dollars ago. THE place for tech needs, especially business and IT related needs.
