We had a great experience with the click n’ close team. Eric and his other team members helped in every way possible from explaining things to us first time home buyers, to making sure everything was secure and ready for a closing right before the holidays. We never felt we had to guess on anything and there were even follow up calls and e-mails ensuring we understood what was still needed and where our loan process was. We loved working with them. It was awesome to work with 1st tribal lending, it was my 1st time purchasing a home, they made me feel like family and made sure It went smoothly and I understood everything. It was a good experience and would highly recommend them for family and friends.

This was my first purchase of my new home and going in I didn't understand anything about the mortgage process. Michael was so knowledgeable, attentive and made me feel comfortable throughout the purchasing process. Everything went smoothly, and he found me the lowest possible interest rate. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Next Level Mortgage team made me feel like I was one of their top clients.

My loan agent talked to me twice, mostly I spoke with another representative. There seemed to be confusions on policies that left me in limbo. More than once closing day would arrive and someone from MidAmerica would request more information that would delay closing. Perhaps do not tell everyone you are good to close until you really are, my closing day was moved over 8 times and it usually happened the day of closing. Completely unprofessionally. So happy to be done with this process. ZERO starts, I DO NOT recommend.

I had a great experience refinancing my home with Mid America Mortgage. My Loan originator, Chris Dilda was great. He guided me throughout the whole process. He answere all quiestions I had during the process by phone and email. The process lasted 3 weeks. I would recomend him and the company. Thank you!

I am filing legal action against this company! I paid all my payment last year on time with my escrow account being $900. I recently sold the property only to discover I had to pay the taxes from last year at closing because they were not paid by mid american. After research found out they paid the taxes on the house next door to me. I put them on 3 way with Kaufman county where my house was and they confirmed to mid american what had happened and where they had sent the check back after discovering that mid american had paid the taxes on the wrong house. Now they do not want to give me back the money I paid into my escrow account for the taxes from last year that they did not pay. Now not only am I out the money from last year I also am out the money I had to pay for taxes at closing that they had not paid. This has caused me great stress and anxiety. It has cost me money I could not afford in these time and loss of work due to all the phone call to get this straight and it still has not been resolved in fact the manager John even hung up on me yesterday when I was once again offering to 3 way him into Kaufman county. Here it is April and they did not even know they had paid the taxes on the wrong house and that Kaufman county had sent back a check. I also am a Realtor and I can promise you I will be passing the word down trough all the network connected with Realtors to never send their clients to this company for a mortgage.

My experence in dealing with lenders was not that pleasant to say the least. But when I found Adam Hicks it was a great experence.he was freindly, professional, andthe best thing was he and the others treated us like freinds. Thank you!

Mid America Mortgage sold our loan off with no notice (which is illegal!). This company is illegitimate, and shady. Not to mention the loan officers (Jennifer and Jason) are non-communicative and unhelpful.

Do not get your mortgage here.

Danny Nassar told me multiple times I was ready to go with my loan. Days before I was going to look for a house he ghosted me. Won't respond to texts or calls from me or my realtor. Complete waste of time and set me back on my buying process!

Please note: My experience has NOTHING to do with Jordan London. In fact, he was the BEST part of working with Mid-America through this process. He was professional, he appeared proactive with his communication, and he was picking up the leftovers of an already messy situation with my signing. Jordan deserves top remarks, and probably a promotion.

The negative experience I have is directly related to Frank Duarte and his handling of my loan. Because of his lack of communication and support, I do not intend to have a long-term relationship with Mid-America and will be refinancing with someone else within a few months to insure they do not benefit from the interest. I am extremely disappointed in my decision to work with this company and it is one of the few decisions that I truly regret.

Additionally, your selected remedy of firing Shell does not sit well with me. I don't know her past history so there could have been more instances than this, but in no world does someone losing their job equate to proper customer service and solution handling. I am ashamed, quite frankly, and I will not be promoting your organization to any of my fellow homeowners.

Matt, Lilia, and the rest of the team at Mid America Mortgage were absolutely amazing during the entire refinance process. I loved being able to submit all of the documents in a portal. This made the process very easy. There were never any questions because we were informed of everything that was needed ahead of time. I highly recommend using Mid America Mortgage whether it is for your first mortgage or refinancing your house!

Chuck Norsch was the lender that helped us directly thanks to my agent. Everything went well there.
Servicing isn't so great. I set up automatic payments when we started with no issue. I switched banks a year in and tried to change the ACH payment info. Their website forwards you to a separate website for servicing and then you get forwarded again. Their system is lean but not efficient or user friendly. I set up the ACH payment account successfully according to the website and made a payment to test. Their website showed this as successful. ~16 days later, they call me to ask for the payment. They allege there was insufficient funds. Imposible. Did a little digging, finally spoke to someone with a grain of sense, they told me that the bank information was incorrect. Verified information directly from my bank, set it up again and everything came back as successful again. ~16 days later, they call me again. Their system didn't allow the ACH set up to work. So now they have the correct information but aren't taking the payments as I set them up. They allege that i requested to stop the reccuring drafts. This issue has now been ongoing for 3 months. As another reviewer mentioned, I am concerned they create these issues to collect late fees as I have been accessed a late fee of $150 already. Calling them is annoying A F, their some of their call center employees want to verify a bunch of things every time they pass you around. And you always have to explain from the start as they don't seem to keep notes.
I have requested to have the fees refunded, my reccuring payment reinstated and to speak to a supervisor but have not been contacted yet.

So frustrating dealing with mid-America mortgage.
They asked me to refinance my mortgage to save money. I did.when I mad my payments, the applied it to the old account. Now the are reported me to the credit agency’s as being late payments. I have called every few days and they said they will fix it. But no one will correct it. I wish I never went with Mid American mortgage. I will NEVER recommend them.

Not bad, but not great. I chose this mortgage company based on promises of a speedy closing. So long as there’s no hiccups or anything slightly out of the ordinary, they’re great. If there’s the slightest issue, you as the customer may have to resolve that issue yourself as they apparently cannot.

They didn’t cause the issues that slows down my closing, but they did absolutely nothing to correct those issues and I even had to correct them on VA policy.
