Please don’t use this company. You’ll you will be sorry. If they have bought your buy here pay here loan get away from these people as soon as possible.

Mid Atlantic are worthless. My wife had purchased a car from 500 & below. Ironically they went out of business, told MAF she was behind on her payments but couldn’t show any proof of said statements. I am now getting my lawyers involved. They take advantage of so many people.

Some of these dealers that "sell" their accounts are people that can't manage their own businesses and complain about titles, contracts, missing docs, etc. Worthless to the point where they have to point the finger at everyone else but themselves for being irresponsible! Remember that alot of these reviews are people that have never paid nothing in their lives. All they do is blame everyone else for their misfortune. MAF helps people establish credit, livelihoods, discipline and respect for self. You have to help yourself to have a company help you! People would rather spend money on Jordans, drugs, clubs, concerts, weave, fake lifts (body), etc.instead of focusing no what really matters. Home, transportation and employment!
Anyways, NOTE TO DEALERS: MAF PURCHASES ACCOUNTS DEEPER THAN ANYONE ELSE! Think like this.would you rather lose 80%-90% of your investment, or initially invest a discount of 5%-10% and run off with all your capital? Anyways, Don't let these reviews scare you away. MAF is a GREAT COMPANY for many more years to come!

We had a few BHPH accounts that we sold to them. The whole process was a nightmare. My rep kept switching, took weeks for it to be finalized. Then 2 months after accounts were bought I get a letter from the UCCC that Mid Atlantic put a lein on my personal name. Called and the first rep requested to have it removed. Couldn't tell me why I had a lein on my name. I kept getting transferred to associates that were supposed to be able to tell me why I had lein in my name. But it was always the wrong area. Company is extremely difficult to do business with and they do not care about relationships at all.

I wouldn’t recommend nobody to go to them they are some big scam people I pUt down 1000 dollars on my car so I ask if I could get money back and there nun they can do

I recently finish purchising a truck i had bought with some dealers who later sold to this company and their customer service is the WORST! They dont help you at all and they tempt to always hung up the line at you Too! They are very rude towards helping the customer by screaming at them and neglecting help! This is the last time im purchasing from them. Its been almost a month i purchased the vehicle from the dealers and they never sent me my title i just called and they hung up like always

Dealers stay away! Signed up with them to handle financing for my customers. Sold 2 cars and they claim to fund in 24 hours. Waited a whole week for funding. Every time I called they claimed they was verify customers information which was suppose to be done on same day. Had to tell them I was using a different finance company do to delays for no reason. Worst finance company ever. Do not do business with them!

WORST WORST LOAN COMPANY. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY RUDE. THEY TALK OVER YOU AND WHEN YOU TRY TO TALK TO THEM AND TELL THEM DONT TALK OVER YOU THEY ACT LIKE THE VICTIM. WORST WORTS

They towed my fiance's car and claiming we never paid them since I got it of the lot worst company ever even when I got the proof and hinged the phone up on me after cursing me out worse customer service

Extremely frustrated with this place! They don't answer phones, are rude or just don't plain communicate. I'm always reaching out to them through email.

I’ve been with MAF for about a little over a year my primary loan was turned over to them and honestly I’ve never had a problem with them even when I was late I see the bad reviews but honestly I’ve never experienced that they have always worked with me and I’m 2 payments away from paying it off.also if anything happens to your car I mean it is a car get it fixed stop blaming others that’s why we have mechanics.

LOL! Most of these reviews come from people who are just dumb. YOU SIGN A CONTRACT WITH A DEALER SAYING YOU WILL PAY YOUR NOTE ON A CERTAIN DAY of course the company will call BECAUSE YOU DIDNT PAY ON THE DAY YOU AGREED TO! And as far as titles go: if you pay in cash its 15 business days AFTER THE DAY YOU PAYOFF YOUR VEHICLE if you pay with card or check its 30 days AFTER THE DAY YOU PAY OFF YOUR VEHICLE. These are people who are leaving these reviews dont understand responsibility, thats why they went to a BUY HERE PAY HERE DEALERSHIP cause they couldnt handle responsibilty.dumb
