Mid-Cities was on time, polite and extremely competent I. Getting our air conditioner up and running on one of the hottest days of the year. They have our business and we highly recommend them!

I called MidCities at 7: 30 for a failed AC system. It was repaired by 8: 30 at reasonable cost. Very pleased.

The Trane system MCA sold and installed in our home has given us numerous problems each summer since we first purchased it over 3 years ago. However, it turns out to be a known manufacturer issue on a product that has since been discontinued.

MCAs entire staff has been completely professional, is always responsive, and has absolutely shown the best quality service we've ever experienced in the home repair industry since becoming homeowners 14 years ago. Every business could take a lesson from MCA on how to treat the customer right! A special shout out to Jonathan the service technician for his honesty, loyalty, and integrity throughout the years - someone needs to give this man an award. He is one in a million!

Nick came out within 20 mins. Was AMAZING checking everything out for me. Walked me through how to clean and maintain my AC system to prolong its life expectancy. Answered every question I had and was extremely professional and kind. 10/10 would recommend him and Mid-Cities air conditioning to anyone. Will be calling Nick again in the fall to get possibly options on replacing my system.
