This is a terrible place to go get your oil change.my sister-in-law got an oil change two days after all the oil fell out and her engine got damaged. She had to pay 3500 to get her car fixed.

I have been going to Midas for like 3 years.today they couldn't do my inspection just because they said they don't do inspections when it rains because of the brakes which is ridiculous. Went to Valvoline and immediately they assisted me with good friendly service. They did my inspection. From now on I'm gonna go to Valvoline.so long Midas.

I got an oil change and tire rotation. Service was quick and professional, will definitely be my new place for car maintenance.

I took my Chrysler 300s in for a brake job on 4/25/23. We already knew that there was zero damage to the rotors. Their mechanic inspected the rotors and brake pads and told us ' You are right there is no damage to the rotors, you just need brake pads. We will do the job for 300.0 We agreed to have them replace the brake pads all around on 4/25. The brakes started squealing again on 4/28, while we were out of town. We took the car back to Midas and spoke to Justin today, 5/1/23, for them to correct the problem, since the brakes shouldn't be squealing again 5 days after they were supposed to have replaced the brake pads. We waited over 2 hours for Midas to get around to even looking at our car that they had already been paid for a job that was to have been completed 5 days prior. The General manager told us again today that there was nothing wrong with the rotors. Justin, mechanic, came out and said he replaced the brake pads again and there was dust that he cleaned off but the brakes were still squealing. Justin said they had had trouble with brake pads so he did replace them again. Then he proceeded to say it could be the rotors. My husband asked if it was the rotors, had they turned the rotors. Justin said that they don't turn rotors. My husband asked if they had a lathe. Justin said they did have a lathe. My husband asked them if they didn't turn rotors why did they have the lathe. Justin then claimed that the rotors had "lips and heat glaze" on them and they don't turn them under those conditions because it could warp them. All this after being told twice by the General manager that there was nothing wrong with the rotors. I paid 300.00 for a job they either didn't do or didn't do properly and up to standard. I will NEVER use Midas for anything, especially this location. They scammed me and I didn't receive the service and results I paid for.

Very inaccessible! There is only one small "ramp" which cars are constantly parked over, & without handicap sign or stripes!

Will is a great mechanic. He explains thoroughly about any issues and advise on next steps to get it fixed. Midas also worked with me regarding cost to ensure I can afford the services. I highly recommend them!

They've always taken care of everything I and my family have needed for decades now. Whether major repairs, minor maintenance, or even a muffler changeover. All of their work is top-notch, and they always have great customer service.

They did a oil change it was really expensive! I know everything gone up. But Dame. I think I'll do it my self next time Save $ and the guy working the desk I talk to first then went pay I got different guy. And the last time went he tryed to over charge me.

Number 1 Oil change place in Abilene. And down I really enjoyed his company. They always calling me to remind me that I have. An old change when is due and they always ask me if I was satisfied with my service I can get in quickly and get out quickly. The staff is so polite. I will not go anywhere else. The prices are excellent as well that touchdown in town.

Wasn't good. Went in for a simple oil change. The tech put wrong oil filter twice. They then proceeded to tell me it would take over $1000 dollars to fix issue.
I went to Firestone at that time. They did another oil change (with correct filter) and car runs just fine and no more check engine or low oil pressure lights coming on.
Went back to Midas to get a refund of the poor work they did. They denied it and said that Firestone probably damaged the oil filter that Midas installed.
Very unhappy with the service from Midas especially since they were the 1s that put the new motor into the car and didn't know it was a 2014 motor they put into a 2013 car
Never going back there again.

Went there to get muffler put on and me and my family sat there over two hrs for them to see if they could and they never even looked at it so I left got tired of waiting

Had brakes replaced, tires rotated and oil change. Took the expected amount of time but after driving off, and a week later I am still getting a nasty squeeling that isn’t from new brakes. I received a message from the shop asking how the car was and I responded pretty quick after and I never heard back. I want to bring it back to check my front left caliper but not sure Im trusting them to actually fix it. My steering wheel also received a long scratch on the bottom after the tech got in/out of the car. Not visible until I turn the wheel but I instantly felt it. Not bad service, but I just wish there was a little bit better quality control.

Took a while for my turn but for the customer service and low price it was well worth it. I got a basic oil change but they still did a whole checklist on my car, found out I have a filter for my engine that was in dire need of a change. They went so far to tell me which place to go to to get one. Will definitely come again!

Service was over the top. Out of towner and on the weekend, this shop saved the day. They took care of my 20 year old daughter like she was one of there own. 2000 Ford Super Duty breakdown. Up front witth cost, and mechanic was very knowledgeable. Thank You. (even had California Plates)

I would give them 0 stars if I could! I brought my car to them because my AC was not blowing at all not hot or cold and it would stop working then work again for a few months now. The man I had look at it said it could be blower motor or something else. I took it to them, they charged me $1300 to get a new compressor. Not even a few weeks after that my car is doing the SAME thing I brought it in for. I called them they said they were busy I could bring it in some other day, I explained it may start working again by then it’s been doing this. So, I it stops working a second time after that supposedly fixed it. I don’t even call I go straight up there. They now tell me it’s my blower motor. I said yes that was it was the first place and why I brought it to you but instead you charged me $1300 for a compressor I never needed (mind you my car isn’t that old) the manager said he did not care I had to pay $400 on top of the compressor they changed for no reason. That was never the problem in the first place. Then LIED and said I brought bc it wasn’t blowing cold… I did not I brought it because it kept working on and off when it worked it blew cold just fine! I know what’s going on with my car and I keep up with it well. I asked for the manager he said he was the manager I asked for who was above him he said I can’t reach them. I ask for corporate number he refused to give me it told me to look it up.

They are liars and thieves and try to get over on a woman. I filed a report on them.

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR!

Took van in for an alignment, turned out I had a bent rim that they obviously couldn't do without ordering it. They gladly put my spare on. Respect and comradery abounded. Seemed more like friends vs.just coworkers.

Very prompt service.but there was a note i had a possible oil leak when i got my oil changed. Not said very little oil left and just happened to read the paper if not I wouldn't have known. Also didn't change my sticker on when to get another service. Nice staff. Great price! 2nd time going there and Will return just have to watch out for things next time
