We have a Roadtrek and on the way across Texas our generator muffler pipe fell off. We stopped by Midas and even though it was almost closing, they took the time to reattach it at no charge. We appreciate the staffs expertise and kindness in helping us out.

Wonderful team at Midas. Came in with an issue and they ran diagnostics to be certain it’s what we needed. We were wrong in our assessment but they made sure we got the help we needed. They kept us informed of the issues and cost as well. Highly recommend seeing them for any concerns.

Worst experience ever! They misdiagnosed my car. Resulting in my motor totally going out. That were unapologetic and only offered 500 dollars off a new motor. Very unprofessional and rude.

Been a customer over 15 years. Really disappointed in how slow service has been lately (while I counted 7 people in the bay and only 2 cars supposedly ahead of me. Quoted 45 minutes and after 35 waiting the car was still sitting outside parked.will not be returning as a customer again.

Worst customer service. I called ahead of time to confirm that they would be able to accommodate me for an oil change. He said it would be a 30 to 45 minute in an out process. I went inside the store and sales person did not acknowledge me. I was sitting for 20 minutes, and he did not say anything to me or tell me to wait because he was busy with another customer. He completely ignored me. Finally, I left. They need to work on their social skills and customer service.

Got full synthetic oil change. It was my understanding that a tire rotation was part of the service. That's why I went there, so I wouldn't have to go to 2 different places. They said that because I have after market wheels that I would need to pay an additional $24 if I wanted them to rotate them.

Flat couldn’t be fixed bet had the size tire I needed and quickly fixed it. Very kind people!

Everyone there was very professional, nice, polite and helpful with any questions I had.
I would recommend them to family and friends.

I got my oil changed for supposed to be for the special price they had going on for 29.99 paid 45.00 didn't get everything they advertised in their special got ripped off, will not ever go there again

Being new to Texas, and going to mitis in Illinois, I knew I was in good hands. The service was great they were very quick they explained everything thoroughly. I will definitely be returning. Customer couldn’t ask for a better experience for my first time there everyone there was super friendly and super knowledgeable. Couldn’t ask for a better group of men.

Although we did not have any work done here, the gentleman at the front looked over our car only to find a major exhaust system repair.
