Emailed me that they could take me earlier. Worked out great. They did a great job and did not take long at all.
I highly recommend this place.

I've been going to the West Ave Midas for years, mostly because I trust Jim! He is such a great, trust worthy guy that has never steered me wrong with my vehicles. He's not allowed to retire because who would I trust then?) My daughters go there as well!

Jim is very professional. The way he communicates is very proper and respectful and is very clean cut. I got nothing but positive vibes from Midas I just dropped off my mercury milan and I already feel like my vehicle (baby) is in great hands. (San Antonio tx. West avenue location, 78213)

Call for a quote for a oil change and got help by Jim. Well I asked for a simple question and that I wanted a different weight of oil then recommended and he started patronizing me for wanting something else, acting disrespectful with a rude tone saying that he has more knowledge then me and that I’m wrong with what I wanted and proceeded to cut me off in the middle of the conversation and hung up the phone.if that’s the case then I really wouldn’t recommend this place at all if they are going to be treating there customers like that.

This Midas station is the only place I've taken my car for a full synthetic oil change here in San Antonio. Their car service is quick and reasonably priced.
Manager is very knowledgeable and honest.

They were very helpful with diagnosing the brakes on my truck. Honest manager. Thanks for your help.

I brought my Honda here to have my headlights looked at when the blinkers were wonky and to install a new washer fluid hose. Jim and his team found the issue with the blinkers that three other places had missed and fixed me right up, along with ensuring I had a working washer fluid hose. Jim called to explain what the issues were and what the cost of parts and labor would be. I really appreciated the common sense transparency. I was able to pick up my car that early evening and I'm very happy with the service I received. I'll be using this Midas in the future, for sure!
