THIS LOCATION WILL SCAM YOU! Went in, because my brakes failed, and I was upfront with them about not having much money for a fix, so if it was too expensive, I would probably just have to do it myself. They told me that my brakes were cracked, and would require a fix SOON. I drove to my dad’s house, because he told me that he could help me work on them (I had no idea brakes were easier than doing an oil change, and they wanted to charge me nearly $500 for changing my brakes), and when my dad took the wheel off, he goes, “huh, this looks kinda funny. ” Both of my brake pads were on the same side of the rotor! IT WAS A FREE FIX AND THEY TRIED CHARGING ME 500! That “crack” in my brakes? Is a design of my brake pads! This is my first car, so I don’t know anything about mechanical things, but what I do recognize is that this company tried to scam me after I told them I was low on money, and I will never use any location of theirs in the future.
Addition: I just remembered! Midas was also the last company to have touched my tires, as well. They put my lug nuts on so loose, that with a quarter turn of my lug nut key, they were hand tight, and I was able to take them off with ease. Not only did these people try to scam one of several hundred dollars, but they also made my car more dangerous than it ever has been! If I had paid them even for a diagnostic, I would be suing the hell out of these terrible people.

Scammers. Stopped by, was told that they would check my car out and provide a quote for free. Came back next day and guys tried to charge me “an hours worth of labor”, didn’t even give me a solid price. Said it would be a range, “depending on what all was wrong with the vehicle” For a quote? Yeaaaa definitely was shady, won’t be coming back, would not trust as there was just too many inconsistencies. Find another shop. (Please be prepared to read a scripted or potentially even AI response, from the business generated only to respond to the comment. This company response in no way changes the poor service that led to this review and is only there for appearances. It’s just for show. Unfortunately in reality, this issue has gone/will remain unresolved, and the practices here are questionable.)

I pulled my vehicle into this Midas after hitting a curb and doing a significant amount of damage to my front passenger side suspension.

Josh Early was extremely calming and clear while he described the different issues and replacement parts needed for my Honda CRV.

He offered many options to make the repair affordable, and he was very pleasant to work with.

Auto shops need more Josh Earlys to help and offer support to people during very stressful situations like having a down vehicle.

Midas has quickly become my regular mechanic. Just in October I’ve needed my brake line replaced, new brakes and rotors, and a new radiator. Needless to say it’s been a stressful month, but the staff - especially Mike and Josh, have done a great job at easing my anxiety. Josh is the sweetest. I had to bring my kiddo along when I had to have my car towed, he brought us both out water and gave my little one a hot wheels car. They’ve been amazing at explaining the issues and the best and most cost efficient way to fix them. As a woman this peace of mind is hard to come by. I’ve had the prices they quoted me cross referenced and they’re definitely offering cost efficient repairs, and not trying to gouge by bringing up issues that aren’t really there. I trust these guys. They're honest, fast, and the customer service is great.

If you want your car fixed right the first time at a reasonable price without worrying about getting ripped off, then I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND COMING TO MIDAS. I recently had a complete brake job done on my car by Midas, and they did an AMAZING JOB! Midas quoted me a fair and reasonable price for the brake job and they finished my brake job in a timely manner. NOW MY BRAKES WORK PERFECT! I was very impressed with the ENTIRE STAFF at Midas because of their professionalism, courtesy, honesty and auto-mechanic knowledge. I cannot say enough good things about them! I WILL DEFINITELY BE TAKING MY CAR TO MIDAS IN THE FUTURE FOR ALL MY AUTO REPAIRS AND SERVICE NEEDS!

Staff was friendly and Mike kept me posted on the progress. I had the brake pads and rotors replaced- so the time was extended and updates appreciated! Mike was knowledgeable, kind, and professional. They were able to do the work as a drive-up without an appointment. I added a state inspection and they were fast and efficient!

I highly recommend this place. The staff is fast, curtious and knowledgeable. I left with more information about my car.

Went there initially because of a bad diagnosis from another shop. They were open, honest and were able to repair my problem instantly. Store manager was professional and kind. 10/10 would recommend for any car issues.

Came here to complain, because they didn’t property fix my blend door actuator & ended up damaging my ac compressor that even Chrysler dealer techs were surprised. This is how they treat customers cars, just walking by one day this poor Challenger looks to be straight up on the group from one end with no support. Just to show how they treat your car when you’re not there. Worst Midas I’ve been to. Had better luck with the location on midway

Edit: UPDATE, turns out they tried to recharge my ac & ended up causing the compressor to blow, causing a 4k fix. All due to a “ courtesy “

I got my brakes serviced and 10/10 would recommend this Midas location. They were kind, helpful, and patient. I called around to get a few quotes and midas was the best value, so I gave them a try. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future.

Service here is second to none. You are treated as a person and a valued guest a d not just another job:)

In 11 months with 3 visits to get my A/C fixed I spent a total of $1,589.
My recent visit to this Midas cost me $505. The condenser from the 2nd visit had a hole in it.
After this last visit, my car broke down THE NEXT DAY. My car was towed to another repair shop where I spent another $545. I was told my previous coolant repair, a hose bracket wasn’t secured back on properly, came loose, a fan shredded it, and transmission fluid leaked everywhere.
The Midas manager pushed back on a refund, tried to claim the new repair wasn’t related.
His promise to call me back after I provided the mechanic’s number (of the other repair shop) never happened either.
Don’t spend your money here. Seeing a few of the other 1 star reviews, cars breaking down the next day isn’t so rare at this location.

The guy at the front desk I forget his name, but he is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Will continue to come back.

Sheldon was absolutely fantastic. Made everyone feel at home as they came in for service. Service was speedy and cheaper than expected. This was out of the way for me due to the car problem being out of the blue, but I’d certainly make the effort to come back!
