Extremely helpful and straightforward about pricing and how long it would take to complete service.

These guys attempted to charge me 1186.00 after work was completed for an oil change and fuel filters on a Dodge Ram 3500 truck. The dealer typically charges between 400 to 500 for the same service.steer clear of here.

I did not use Midas like I use to back in the day but they did a great job on my daughter’s car brakes. I will be using for my truck’s rear brakes.

Midas got my car aligned within 20 minutes of getting there. Five year warranty, and only $220. I'm ready for that next alignment ruining road crater.

Check battery and engine lights came on as I went to get inspection. They fixed both and a few days later did the inspection. They were all very nice. Will use them again.

Went in for an oil change at Midas by Brian, who went above and beyond his duties to service my car. He was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process.

I grew up with hearing the jingle, "trust the Midas touch. " And, it's appropriate for this location. Gabriel was my advisor, and he did an amazing job hearing my needs, working at getting my car properly assessed and helping me find an effective and affordable solution to my brake issue. Based on bad advice, I thought I needed to replace all of my brakes and that my front brakes were the worst. Gabriel and his team assessed my brakes and let me know that only my rear brakes needed to be changed at this time. They saved me. And, the work they performed was too notch. I will definitely go back. And, trust the Midas touch.

I have been using Midas to service my vehicle for several years now. Gary and the service techs at Midas have always taken care of me and my vehicle. Their service is outstanding. They are always busy so there may be a little wait, but that is generally the case for most shops.

Yebe my car to change the brakes and they left a sound and I changed it again and the sound is still the same and they charge a lot

Very Professional and Honest people. I was working directly with mr Gary in regards to changing the rotors and break pads because auto nation katy service dept had said i had swap them because my pads where 3 millimeters and when they become 2 millimeters its not good. Mr gary did a bunch of calls to get the parts in. I had to go 2 times cause some of part where not there the first day. When his lead tech takes out the break pad they notice that they are about new.we did the measurement for the new which showed 10MIL and mine where about 8MIL. The dealership was trying to rip me off pretty bad.thankfully this honest and professional folks took the time and the effort to help me out.

I used a groupon and Gary and Eric helped me out making sure my car was eligible for the type of oil they used from the groupon so there would be no maintenance issues later. The waiting area was clean and big, very comfortable, coffee was good and service was great and fast! I would definately come back here.

I have never had such great service at any other place before. Walking in Gary was such a great help he was kind and was very patient with me while I was trying to come in and get checked in. After my car was done, Eric was very kind and explained everything I needed to do to take much better care of my vehicle. He explained everything to me in a way I could understand and even offered to run in the storm to bring my car closer that way I don’t have to walk in the rain. I never been treated so nicely at any other place. I didn’t feel any pressure but they both made me feel comfortable. Thank you Eric and Gary! You both made my day and I will definitely come for any other maintenance my car needs or if any other issues arise. 5 Stars from me! You guys are awesome!

Don’t know we’re to start. First off the manager Gary, was extremely awesome. He took care of me getting my brakes done along with an oil change. I had three Lug nuts loose (there were stripped) on my tires. He replaced all three with no worries. He was extremely helpful and courteous, he’s store is differently Customer Service, not once did I feel they were getting over on me with my vehicle. I give them a five star.

Good morning, I wanted to start with the bad experience I had in this place, I arrived to align my truck, a person from the workshop treated us very unprofessional, they could not solve a problem that they had to do, they sent me with my mechanic to I figured it out and then came back, they couldn't do the alignment correctly, I need to contact the right person to discuss more details.
