12I tried calling to report a food poisoning issue at a local restaurant. The office was closed, and the mailbox is full, so I couldn't leave a message. My wife had to go to the hospital so it was a serious public health problem but I had no way of reporting it.
I'll be honest. I first came to read the reviews before making an appointment. If you are like me, all you saw were negative remarks. Needless to say, I was concerned and considered going elsewhere. I didn't and proceeded to call. I give the staff 5 stars! From making the appointment to being assisted by the ladies at the front desk to the nursing staff during my daughter's appointment, they were so kind, helpful, and friendly! I have no complaints! They treated us well!
The people here need to learn how to be polite while answering phone calls, they are the most rude I’ve ever seen
Had an appointment for my son and people in the front desk are very rude, they didn't want to see him because he didn't had his shot records.worse experience I've ever had.don recommend this place.
Well I guess I should have looked at reviews before coming here again because apparently everyone has the SAME ISSUE! Front desk is rude no hello.no how can I help u.no thank you. NOTHING! This is my 2nd visit and they say my child's insurance is inactive when it is active. They don't try to help they just say "you can call and have the insurance fax proof" I just paid so I could leave because I don't have the patience for rude people. It's your job you don't like it find another one! I'm a business owner and this is DEFINITELY NOT how you run a business! On another note the nurses have ALWAYS been friendly. Front desk ladies can take note from them!
Front desk was very rude. No manners what so ever, she was snappy. Reception is the first impression to any type of business, please train better staff. She was also on her phone rather than checking us in.
My experience was very similar to everyone else's. I scheduled an appointment here for my son, the school had this place listed as a recommendation for shots. I figured since they deal with shots it would be quicker than going to our regular doctor. When we showed up for the appointment, the ladies at the front desk were so rude. They don't acknowledge you and are very short and clipped when they talk to you. I swear they speak to you like you are an inconvenience to them. I work in customer service and I would never speak to my customers that way. The nurse that administered the shots was very nice. I have nothing bad to say about her. This review is based on the front staff and how they treat people. I had never been there before and I will not be going back.
Had to take my child in for vaccines. The people in the front were very helpful.
It took a while, but you have a wait anywhere you go now days.
Can't get through to anyone, so I drive over there just to get told to call and they can't help me. Seriously?
Today was my second day going to this place. The first time I went I was new in this city and I didn’t know any better, the experience then wasn’t the best but I was ok with the treatment we received, which were vaccines for my daughter to start school. Today when we arrived 5 minutes early the clinic hadn’t opened yet so we waited outside. While waiting three employees walked in one by one the fist one was a nurse the other 2 were clerks, not one of them said good morning, the 2 clerks acknowledged us and asked appointment time, without even looking at us. To me customer service is something I value a lot but good manners is something even more important which the employees in this place lack a lot of. I don’t think I’ll be going back there.
What a waste of tax payers money. No customer service and no help. How in the world did the appointments get booked if no one answers the phone?
