Thank you to all staff at Mitsubishi who helped me get into my new car and very thanks to jamelah who helped me through the whole process super professional and very sweet. If your looking to purchase a vehicle I would recommend Mitsubishi and ask for Jamelah

Just wow. I was told. I would be treated. With respect. But when i got there. I got dropped like a bad habbit its so dissapointing that i was denied even tho i have job and can afford The payments will not be recomending this place to anyone.

I bought a car back in September and they have not gotten my plates for my vehicle yet I’ve been pulled, 2 times and the vehicle comes up as stolen I was put in handcuffs and thrown in the back of a police car and had the vehicle towed and I had to go pay to get it out and they said they would have the plates by the end of that day and here we are 2 months later… no plates yet, this has been the worst experience ever in buying a car

I purchased a car from midland Mitsubishi (12-12-22) the salesperson was Dane Howard who could not do any more to make my purchase a pleasant one and a smoothe one. My experience with Dane while purchasing this car was one of the best customer service that I have ever experienced especially being female and purchasing a car the only tragic part was when I was briefly handed over to another work of midland Mitsubishi Sunny (I’m sure his name was) he made me feel that I shouldn’t own the car as I couldn’t afford the out of pocket warranty of $1,500 and made me feel inadequate it was lucky that I had done the sale with Dane Howard and also had service from Kim Barralet who was also one that made my experience pleasant
I feel that Dane Howard and Kim Barralet are a great asset to midland Mitsubishi and Suzuki and was a pleasure dealing with them
Also thanks Dane for the after sale assistance with getting my stereo replaced (even while he was on holidays)

Internet manager called me two weeks ago and told me I had gotten approved for a car loan and to come in with my last check stub and I didnt have to have any any cash in hand. Walked in and had not been approved for a car loan and asked how much money I had down for down payment. Bottom line I walked out with nothing

This is my second time going there for oil and filters change. First time like 5 months ago it cost $96. And today, same thing everythibg is the same cost $166. Service manager's answer to that was previous employee was stealing from them and thats why he is fired. Accountant's answer was its what it is. General manager's was inflations. According to him there was more than %66 inflations in the car market. And that was quite normal for him. And i heard him saying to his employee while i was leaving, "why did you overcharge him? "

Roman Boss and Orchid were great! They were very friendly and helped us get a bigger vehicle to better fit our needs.

The customer service of the rest of the crew lacked everything. When we called & went back for the inspection and plates. We were told that we still don’t have plates (over 2 months later) and that I’d have to bring the vehicle back again the following day for the inspection by a 4th person. First guy directed me to a woman who brought a guy from the service area with her and then a completely different person brought me back my key and told me to bring it back the next day or that I was welcome to take it to get inspected somewhere else for them to issue me new dealer tags…. I prefer to be helped by 1 person not 4. It’s a bad look for customer service.

If I could give them a negative rating I would. I bought a car back in June. Did not get my license plates until September and they have yet paid off my trade in car. We have made multiple calls and they said they sent the check but no one is willing to pick up the phone to call the other bank to make sure it’s taken care of. If I ever need another car, rest assured I will NOT be going back. Very frustrating.
