Midland Pediatric Associates reviews
9Keep your child away from this place, they thrive on your child to stay sick so they could continue billing. I be been calling for a referral for my daughter who had been diagnosed in another urgent care with Reactive Airways disease, I have requested for a referral to a pulmonologist and they keep diagnosing her just with URI, zero preventive care. Is not only one Dr, my daughter is under Dr Coby Robins care but she had been seen by several Drs there, she keep having months lasting coughing episodes she is not getting proper treatment, I have call requesting to talk to the office manager so this situation gets resolved, they never called back. Keep your child healthy, stay away from this place
I trust this clinic. I know I can get my sick child in to get seen as soon as they can. If our pediatrician is booked, they always have another doctor on hand to check out my child.
The waiting time in the lobby and exam rooms are pretty fast, within 10 mins of each room.
The nurses and doctors that I have worked with within the last almost 7 years, have been so great. I’ll continue going to them until my last kid is 18.
I feel like everyone is reacting immediately rather than understanding that this practise has been beloved for many, many decades. Over time they've had many changes and ups and downs, but continued to provide consistent, timely and affordable care for everyone. Check with your insurance before you make an appointment.any appointment. If you don't immediately like the practitioner working with you and your child, the staff are happy to help you find a better fit for your needs. I don't see all the the Drs and NP's here, however, there are many choices for different needs. As soon as everyone has a chance to voice a negative opinion, they do. Yes, there are times you can wait, but I haven't had that happen in years. Everyone is trying their best. If you have an issue with the front desk, call and explain like an adult human, and perhaps don't burn all of your bridges. We're all humans, trying to help each other out. I've received nothing but great care from all of the providers at MPA.
I went to MPA when I was a child. I was one of Dr. McFerran’s patients whom I loved. I take my son to Dr. Benson who we love as well. However, DO NOT take your children to see Dr. Watson. I had the worst experience with my son. He was very rude and inattentive to the point he made my 8 year old son cry. Dr. Watson refused to check him because he wouldn’t stop crying. I asked if we needed to see a different doctor and he said we could but they wouldn’t be able to help him. We then left with my son having a 102 degree fever. If I could rate Dr. Watson zero stars I would. We are now at Vital Care where he is being checked for appendicitis.
Beyond Terrible service I took my child 3 times within a three week span before a doctor finally realized he had pneumonia. I pleaded time and time again to give him antibiotics but they refused. Worst doctors office they care more about money than their patients they never forgot to charge the 25$ co pay even though we met our deductible. My son suffered for 21 days throwing up every day and night before I finally being prescribed antibiotics
Let my children go after several attempts of asking for help with payment arrangements to payoff a very low balance on an account. It’s sad that after 11 years of being with this doctors office they do this but it’s fine, It was time to say goodbye to the horrible service we have always received.
Lauren Rocha was an excellent provider to my baby. I appreciated her patience and her genuine care she showed at every visit. She is definitely the best out of the handful of other drs and providers they have. Very warm towards my baby i knew she was getting the best care with her. Thank you. My only complaint is they dont "allow you back" once you switch to a different provider/pediatric clinic. It was only brief due to my insurance. I tried to make appointment back at MPA for my baby, I was told id get a call to see of id be able to return because she was no longer allowed to be seen since we went to another provider. Never got a call.
MPA (Dr Sager especially) took the time to actually find out what was wrong with my daughter as a toddler and sent her to the necessary specialists! And since then, for 4 years, they have never let my kids down! They are always so patient with my daughters fear of swabs/needles, friendly, helpful and organized.
