After getting lost in the tunnel, they stay on the phone with me to give direction. For the entire procedure (in the dentistry), the given directions are clear and it wasn't hard to follow. There's no problem with communication.

For starters, I HATE the dentist. I’m sure they’re all good people, I just don’t like they gotta get all up in ya mouth. If you stay in Houston and you’re like me, go to Midtown Dental - Downtown. Dr. Jones and the DA Stephen made my appointment comfortable and quick! I got a deep cleaning and some cavities filled, Dr. Jones is really steady with his hand, you won’t feel a thing! Even if you do, he accommodates to make sure you’re comfortable your entire appointment. Also shout out to the front desk, Nia is very nice and helps you with any questions or concerns you may have. I realized I liked this dentistry when I stopped being so nervous the moment Dr. Jones got started. Once again I highly recommend and that entire team deserves a raise!

Very timely no wait! Just the sweetest Team here! From the intake process, the receptionist went out of her way, to ensure I found them as I got a little lost in the process of heading in. She walked out to find me, then Steven was so kind and gentle while giving X-rays. Then Dr. Lee was straight forward and efficient in his dental advice and protocol for what he thought was best! Love the team and certainly would recommend this Dental Studio!

Moved here about two years ago in a bit and have been looking for a dentist office to visit. I work Downtown and Midtown Dentistry is a conveniently located in the tunnels for me to go before, after or during work. Stephen and Dr. Li were awesome. Easiest x-rays and service I’ve ever received.

Had a crown pop out. They got it back in with no fuss and no crazy charges. I will definitely be back. Not for the crown, but other stuff.

Got a small old filling that was starting to break down replaced. It was fast and unbelievably painless, even with just topical and no numbing injections. Whew! Fears relieved!

Midtown Dental is by far the best dentistry I’ve been found in Houston and most treatment cost is roughly 10% less than my other dentist a few blocks away.

I recently went to my dentist I’ve been going to for a few years for a bi-annual cleaning and after that the dentist came in, looked at the X-rays and - although I wasn’t having any pain or discomfort. He recommended various these invasive treatments. Leaving frustrated I decided to get a second opinion and look on my dental carrier United Healthcare site and found Midtown Dentistry in the Downtown Houston tunnel.

The receptionist at Midtown DD was so nice, patience and professional- she emailed the new patient form ahead of my appointment and answered any general insurance information I had. Stephen the dental assistant was also very nice, and professional. He explained each X-ray procedure he was about to do and made sure I was comfortable when taking them. Then I saw Dr. Li, after he did a thorough check, tooth sensitivity test and reviewed the X-rays - he recommended that we continue to monitor it and that it might be due to scar tissue on the root canal. I appreciated this so much and that he took a conservative approach instead of treatments that was not needed.

I’m so grateful I got a second opinion and highly recommend Midtown dentistry in Downtown Houston. They will now be my new dentist and will refer them to my colleagues, family and friends.
