Midtown Medical Imaging-Southlake

I highly recommend Midtown if you are in need of imaging. Kaytlyn, at the front desk, greeted me with a smile and assisted me with paperwork during the check in process. My Tech, Heather, made sure I was informed and comfortable during my MRI. I was anxious about first, but quickly relaxed knowing I was in caring and capable hands!

From the minute Skyler greeted me at the front desk until Courtney finished my MRI, the experience was excellent! I was treated with professional courtesy, kindness and empathy. The team arranged for my imaging to be completed quickly and I was done in minutes.

The entire staff was great and very accommodating. The technician, Heather, was extremely nice and patient. I felt well taken care of while getting an MRI on my shoulder. This was my first experience getting an MRI and would highly recommend going to Midtown Medical Imaging in Southlake.

This center has an amazing staff, very friendly and accommodating to my schedule. I have back problems and mri's are usually very painful because of the length of time I have to be still on my back but this mri there was a humid heat coming from underneath that helped with the pain. I don't think I've ever had a preference as to where I have an image done untill now. Waiting is not an issue here which is unfortunate, they have the most amazing massage chairs in the lobby.
