Midtown Sam Houston Apartments, Huntsville TX

This is my third year living at Midtown and I have never once thought of moving or needing to move. The price is very reasonable for the space and the more modern feel compared to other apartments. The only problem I have had is during the summer the pool is often not clean which leads to residents not being able to use that amenity. Overall the staff is very nice and maintenance is very quick with resolving maintenance issues.

I’ve been a resident for the last 4-5 months and have nothing bad to say about living here! Anytime I’ve had an issue with something in the apartment I put in a maintenance request and they get to work ASAP, all the staff members have been so helpful whenever I have questions or concerns. The location is great for student who live off of campus because it’s not too far from campus but also gives you a little bit of distant, I renewed my lease for another year just because I love the location and how my living situation has been at a Midtown!

Midtown is the best place to live off-campus! Nothing else can beat the affordable price, awesome staff, and great amenities!

The people that work at Midtown did everything to make sure that I was able to move in comfortably and made sure everything went smoothly. They are all greatly appreciated!

Midtown is very affordable compared to other apartments around town. The amenities are great I love the gym and pool. My apartment is very spacious and the maintenance team is very easy to get help from if needed. The office workers are very nice and helpful.

I genuinely feel so welcomed when speaking with the staff and they have a bunch of useful amenities to offer to their residents. I think that the apartments are kept up to date and have a chic style to them and can be eye catching to anyone who happens to drive by the complex or actually rent out the actual apartment!

I have lived at Midtown for the last semester, and it is awesome! The shuttle always runs on time which is great, as it is my main way to get to campus! The grounds are always kept super clean and maintenance is super prompt when we need our dishwasher fixed! The front office is super helpful everytime I call. They always have something going on for residents. I have no complaints and recommend Midtown to anyone who is looking for somewhere to live!

As someone who currently lives at Midtown Sam Houston apartments, I enjoy it. The appliances work well, the area is close to campus, the balcony is a good size, and it is a reasonable price. I recommend.

I love living at midtown! Great low prices for the amount of space you share. The room spaces are amazing! The front office staff is a welcoming environment! The only thing I would say is maintenance could be a little better but I’ve never had a big problem. I love my time here at MIDTOWN!

I have been a resident at Midtown for about 5 months now and I am pleased to say I have not had one issue living here. I use the gym weekly and it’s never been dirty or too full. I did a picnic by the pool during sunset with my friends and didn’t have to worry about a thing. I’ve never struggled to find parking except after work at night which is understandable. I only have good things to share!

Love midtown! The rooms are spacious and overall layout Is great. Though the Wifi can be laggy and i wish they could find a permanent fix to the gates sooner rather than later, whats the point of paying for a gated community when both gates are stuck open?

I have lived here at Midtown for three years. This year during move in it was vary organized for me when getting a new roommate in my apartment. The apartments are a great size and is cheaper than most other apartments that are smaller. The staff is very friendly and the maintenance comes to fix anything reported in a timely manner.

The people that work in the office are so unhelpful. If they can't answer your question in your 5 seconds they say they'll get back to you or pass you to a manager but never do. The management is also unhelpful and overall this place is highly unprofessional.

So far, living at midtown has been great. The apartments are super nice and staff is super friendly. I don’t think it’s taken maintence more than a day or two to come. The only issue is that the back gate is open.

Perfect apartment to live in! My bathroom, bedroom, and closet have a lot of space. If I ever have any questions or problems I have been helped out instantly and they have always been so kind. I’d recommend living here to anyone looking! My favorite is the pool
