Midway Row House is awesome and the staff is incredible! Alondra Robles (Sales Professional) was extremely helpful and responsive! Highly recommend working with her!

The team at Midway Row House is great! Gilbert is professional and personable - he's very knowledgeable about the property and made the touring process a breeze. Taiah is incredibly friendly and helpful. She made the application process very easy. They were both so welcoming and made me feel right at home. I cannot wait to move in!

I highly recommend Midway Row House! The property is brand new and very nice. Alondra from the leasing office did a great job answering all my questions regarding the property! She was very communicative and helped me through the application process. (She happily emailed me on a Saturday when she was off)

Went over to take a tour but had a pretty bad experience with the front desk lady who did not want to entertain anything at all.

P. S: I understand we were past the regular office hours to get a tour but I will not use the word ‘kind’ here when it came to the proposal for the next day as she was very rude to us.

I’m wondering why y’all feel a car port is not necessary for this appartment… it’s already pricy and then y’all provided garage for 200 dollars a month is nerve wrecking parking the car under the rain and sun is definitely not good so I would recommend y’all doing something about it cos that’s a big turn off and that stopped me from leasing

What can I say about MRH? Well for starters, Taiah is one of the best leasing agents I know. She worked with me through the beginning of this process till the end and still doing a great job. She has great customer service skills and very knowledgeable in her work. I’m glad that I chose this complex for my place of stay. So far so good, no complaints. Shout out to the GM as well.

My entire application and move in process was nothing but great customer service. Gilbert is a great GM and gives his best effort to find the perfect home for your budget. Taiah was also very helpful, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was accurate with the lease and the new unit. All around great team, so glad i made the decision to move here! Thank y’all again for everything!

The property is nice, however, it is Blerim and Taia that makes it extremely welcoming. They both do an incredible job handling requests and the ease of communicating is even better. Hats off to them both as they are definitely an asset to the Midway Row House team.

I stumbled upon Midway Row House the very first day it opened! Taiah greeted me and gave me a lovely tour (with a hard hat accessory) of the construction & answered all my questions. She continued to work with me, along side Gilbert, to make sure that this move was as stress-free as possible. I moved in as soon as they would let me & have loved being at this community. Each apartment unit is lovely, but the smaller community with the lake, wildlife and brand new amenities have quickly made this apartment feel like home.

I was very impressed with the quality service I received from Taiah, and Gil. They were knowledgeable, professional, and prompt to address any questions, or help that I needed.

Taiah and Gilbert have made the move in process so stellar! They answered all of my questions during my visit and made sure all of the boxes in my checklist were checked. This property has excellent amenities for residents. It was also very clean and quiet during our walk.

My man Mr. Graim was extremely welcoming and made it an easy process to move into my apartment. Highly recommend!

Took a risk and moved in here before seeing the property in person. We have been so happy with our decision! The finishes in the apartment are beautiful and make it feel like a little home rather than an apartment. The location is also perfect, giving you central access to just about everything! The amenities are also top notch and Taiah and Gilbert are both very helpful and accommodating.
