First vehicle internet purchase and Mack Jameson made this the easiest and smoothest transaction ever! Mack was sincere, honest and very knowledgeable. He even delivered my vehicle to me. I would definitely do business again with Mike Brown Ford.

Heath did a wonderful job I let him know what I needed and he went to work and made it happen. The Finance department Joe also was very patient even when I accidentally signed on the wrong line of one of the pages and he had to reprint. I worked with Juan meraz up at mike brown in granbury tx and I received terrific service, he was willing to work with me to help me find the best deal possible. It was not your typical auto dealership experience where you get pressured or pushed to buy a vehicle!

I had a negative review but have deleated it because Mr. Molinari (Manager) contacted me with professionalism and genuine concern. He followed through and tried to make it right.

Because of this I give this revised review. Management really does care about the customer. I have to recommend them with management like that.

Appt.made on Monday. Arrived at 8: 00 am. On Wednesday. Was called within 1 hour with full assessment and price.
Was called back around 11 with note that it wax ready to be picked up.
Very efficient.
Was in and out with my paperwork in 5 minutes. Was able to use my coupon and Ford points.

Had to go back twice on service. Once because asked for inspection.was not done.and had to return because a sensor was not reconnected after air filter replacement.

The experience was one of our best with any vehicle we have leased or purchase in Texas or California! We were in and out in record time. OUr sales rep, Craig Hoffman, was thorough but not boring. He was considerate and direct. He was also very available after hours to answer questions. The sales manager, Chris, was clear and upfront with the details to purchase the truck. I highly recommend going to Mike Brown for an easy and no-nonsense experience.

Big shout out to these guys, especially 'Hot Rod'. I was in the area, and came looking at their lifted trucks as I was having so many problems with my F250 I bought elsewhere. 'Hot Rod' let me drive theirs, and talked to me for a good while. Was not pushy or trying to sell me something, just plain friendly. There could be more places like that around.

If I was closer I would buy from there.

If you go to Mike Brown Ford in Granbury ask for Craig Hoffman and/or Rodney Howard. These two are stand up guys and will not steer you wrong. They are both very knowledgeable, friendly, and will do whatever they can to take care of you and get you what you want. I had a great experience with this dealership and it was all thanks to the two gentlemen.

I had a fantastic experience with the entire team at Mike Brown Auto Group. We were buying my sons truck and had walked out of another dealership for poor service and the old bait and switch routine. Thankfully the team at Mike Brown were outstanding. I lived 60+ miles away and did most of my transaction over the phone. They were stellar.

I had to take my car in for a recall. I called first and they were very helpful. Said they would order what was needed for the recall then call me to set up a time when the parts came in. They got me in at a time that was convenient for me. It was going to take about 2 hours so they took me where I wanted to go then called me when my car was ready and then picked me up. Everyone was super nice and friendly. Very pleased with the way they handled everything.

Looking for a new or used vehicle ask for Matt Boucher. Guy was awesome at helping us get to where we needed on payments and what we needed in a vehicle. He’s not a pushy guy lays it straight and forward. Great customer service at Mike Brown too. Thanks again guys!

Just recently traded my truck for a 2016 ford f250. By far the best experience I have had trading vehicles. The entire staff was professional, curtious, and very helpful. Matt was excellent to work with. He was helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Val in financing was awesome too; very knowledgeable and made the deal quick. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
