Milano Nail Spa Sugar Land

Dropped my 12-year-old daughter off to get her nails done, they charge her $85 for a full set knowing she had Daddy's credit card. When I called to ask why they charged $85 when usually it only cost 55 I was told that they would give me a $5 refund. Shame on you guys for taking advantage, we will no longer patronize your company.

Plenty of choices for nail colors and packages. Reasonably priced. Excellent service. Really kind and attentive staff. Rewards program. Drinks. I'm so glad I found them ️

I don’t regret ever choosing Milano nails as my go to. I appreciate Kelly, the owner who was able to take me in last minute and the wonderful ladies who did my mani and pedi they look amazing.

I must say it’s the second one of my top nail salons I’ve been since I came to this country. But, as always I see very often in these places, I ask for something (even I’ve pointed out on the menu) and I get overcharged and when asking for an explanation they say “oh, maybe she/he (technician) didn’t understand what you wanted or that’s exactly the picture you showed”. Yes but I wanted clear powder with regular polish and I was pretty clear on that.the tech was very indulgent to my requests like: would like flatter, shorter, etc. Although.and that’s better than the tech telling you “ok, I’ll do it later” and she/he “kind” forgets but at the end my nails are pretty so I’ve kind let it go this time.but what I really dislike the most is there’s no social distance at all and that’s why I put 2 stars down. You should probably say: why did you just leave? I just came out of self-isolated after been exposed twice and then tested positive, so my nails really needed to get done and I drove 25 minutes to get there after checking reviews.but guys, you really need to work out on social distances matters.there were more than 25 people in that room and in every direction a person is seated on and that’s not right in pandemic times.it’s pretty important keep the business running but clients safety is a must and first!

This is the most AHMAZING nail salon. Every tech is so talented and gives you exactly what your preference is. The management and staff is excellent and friendly. Every time I'm there its such a pleasant experience. I recommend this nail salon to anyone.

Great customer service; clean and wonderful atmosphere. Cindy was my nail technician today she is attentive andd focused. It's expensive but they do great work.

Love this place. Super clean && friendly. Always helping me with my crazy Pinterest ideas. Pedicures are amazing && relaxing. I get acrylic fills, they don't lift and last. Bringing my mother in law for pedis this mothers day

Everyone here is very professional and friendly. You can be assured you are getting good quality products in a very clean and relaxing atmosphere. This place feels like home to me. I enjoyed coming here. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

I love this nail salon so much! It’s convenient and the whole staff is super friendly. I love that they have student and teacher discounts as well! I love going to Hannah for my SNS, and I always leave happy! Both of the owners are accommodating and patient. I enjoy the whole experience when I come here, from my SNS to my pedicure! This salon has become my new regular.

This is the BEST nail spa in Houston/Sugar Land hands down. I have been coming to Milano since they opened and it’s been wonderful. The decor is elegant and inviting. The staff are friendly and great. They offer drinks as soon as you arrive and make sure that you are happy the entire time. The owner Brian is excellent and makes sure all services are completed to my satisfaction. I live about 30mins away from this spa and pass many nail shops on my way but I would travel as far as I had to to get to this place. It’s amazing. Oh and you also get a 10 day nail guarantee on dipping powder - that’s awesome! My nails last a long time and they are BOMB all the time! Even when I can’t come as often as I would like my nails still look great! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Milano Nails Sugar Land - once you come the first time you will be hooked! They are the best!

Firt I have to say, I am in Love with this place. Their service is phenomenal and they go above and beyond to make their customers happy and satisfied with their service. I came here with my friends to get my hand and toes done for my vacay and they turned out beautiful! Brian (the owner) greeted me right when I first walked in and he had his staffs help me seated. My pedicure lady was amazing as well my shellac. This place is super clean and soo welcoming. It eas my first time but doesnt feel like first. Highly recommended and will definitely coming back!

Absolutely loved my experience here. This is the best nail place I've ever been to. Entire staff is super friendly and very professional. My daughter and I went in and both of our technicians did an excellent job. Did our nails exactly as we had described to them. Will definitely be returning and recommending to family and friends.

Came here during spring break with my friend and fall in love with it. They have the best customer service ever. Got a set of nails done and it cale out lovely. They are very detailed, I told Brian I want a set of nails and he asked me tor details (what shape I want, how long and design ect) I though its a little weird that he asked but then he told me so know who (technician) to give to me. Thought it was very thoughtful. Great service and great quality!

Passing by Kroger snd though I’d stop by this place to pamper myself. When I first walked in I got greeted right away and Brian introduced thenself to me with a handshake. The staffs helped me out with choosing my colors. The technician was extremely nice and sweet, they know exactly what I want and how I’d like it. My nails turns out beautiful and my pedicure was AWSOME. Brian constantly came to check on me as well as his staffs. My moscato glass was never empty and they aslo gave me a bottle of water after too. Ive been to many nails place but never seen any place that care for their customers like this one. I feel like a queen here and what I love the most is everyone here tr at you like they’vr known you before. So friendly and doesnt make me feel like I am a newbie. Highly recommended this place to all the ladies and gentlemen who want pamper themself. I am sure you will thank you me later.

I messaged Brian in advance to make my 1st appointment.
I live downtown and I messaged I might be a lil late and he told me to take my time.
Appon arriving I was seated quickly and brought bottled water.
Danny started on my nails and Brian placed a pillow behind my back for support, small gesture but it meant the world to someone who spent 45 minutes driving to get there.
Periodically Brian and Lee (I think her name is Lee) checked on me, asked if I needed anything, and kept reminding me that Danny would do anything I asked.
I went with a full acrylic set, periwinkle, almond shaped.
Last second I asked Danny if he could put some sunflowers on my ring finger nails, he happily obliged, and even made them 3D.
I was beyond impressed but this Salon. Everyone around me was happy and enjoying themselves.
This is one of the best salon visits I've had, hands down, and it was my first time going!
I cant wait to go back for my refill!

Service is great and the hardest part was choosing between the buckets of color options. Mani/pedi took about 1.5 hours and everyone made it a point to ensure my time inside was amazing. Discounts on Monday got medical professionals and Tuesdays for students! This place is about $30 more expensive than my normal place but for some reason I’m not upset about that.

Went to Texas for a wedding and my gf got her nails done here. I tagged along because I only knew the bridesmaids and didnt want to be stuck in the hotel room. The girls loved their nails and they have a menu of complementary drinks and snacks to offer as well. The technicians were so nice and friendly. My gf wishes there was a place like this out by her because she's always jumping around from nail place to nail place.

I enjoyed everything about this salon. The atmosphere, cleanliness and attention to the customer is what you want from a nail salon. They do a great job of explaining the various types of services based on your needs. If they aren't busy they will do both your manicure and pedicure at the same time. This was my first time getting 'dipped' and it was a very good experience with thousands of colors to choose from.
