Milano's Pizza, Flint TX

This place is poorly run. I ordered a take out pizza and came in to get it which was 15 minutes from my house. The lady at the counter asked me what my name and order was when I came in. I gave her the information she requested and then proceeded to wait around another 10 minutes before she came back to the counter and announced that they did not actually have my order in the system and I would have to wait around while they actually made my pizza. Unbelievable. At that point, I left. Also, there were only 2 employees there that night. Another customer came in and got her order only to come back in and say it was incorrect and she had to wait around for them to remake a pizza. Other customers (4 or 5) came in to order and they were still waiting around for their order when I left. Unorganized store.

TIP TO OWNER OF THIS STORE: Hire enough people to run your business! I'll never be back again.

We had a pizza made just like we like it. Served hot by the owner who is very nice. Would definitely go or order again the next time we have a pizza craving!

The first order was for everyone at my job and the sandwiches were burned! When calling back to talk with the manager he corrected the order and made new sandwiches and brought them to us.

Every experience we’ve had with Milanos Pizza in Flint, TX has been delicious.
They’re friendly -and- professional. Our pizza is always cooked to our preference. Hand tossed supreme and Alfredo are our favorites!

Horrible service. Showed up at appointed time and was told to come back an hour later as they ran out of cheese and dough. Seriously? Who does that!? Very disappointed and a waste of time.

Nice people who make mediocre Pizza, wish I could give it more stars. Consistency is the key to earning 5 stars. Best wishes.

Today was my granddaughter's 16th birthday & we ordered 3 or 4 large pizzas (since there were 6 of us)! It was the perfect amount & was delicious!

Everyone working Tuesday evening Dec 6,2022 was very nice! Carried my order to my car. The pizza was delicious and we loved the wings!
About a year ago or more we stopped getting food there because it did not taste good at all. I told them. So glad we gave them another chance.

The pizza and the service were great. Priced right, too. This time I ordered delivery. Big mistake. Late, soggy, and too much tomato sauce made it impossible to eat.

Guys that were working were super friendly great service and great food I had the bacon chicken ranch pizza was wonderful n my Mom got boneless wings they were great too

I want to say if you want a real great experience from a restaurant come see Milano's pizza. My wife kids and I have been enjoying the wonderful food and employees at Milano's for the past year now. Always delicious and always made fresh. We love yall and thank you.

The pizza was fine. The important thing was Erin behind the counter. Talk about love at first sight! I want her to have my babies.

Usually was good. Called in they said 25min. We got there and waited 35 min! The cinnamon pizza thing was dry and yucky. It's usually a really good pizza place

The chicken alfredo pizza is amazing and I also enjoyed the meat, pizza stuff is very friendly everything is made fresh to order so it may take longer than usual but you know it's fresh

First time customers, when we order the guy (I'm assuming owner) was AMAZING for one and he told us "this will probably be the best pizza you have ever ate" well let me tell you he did not lie! We got the BBQ pizza and it didn't didn't make it home! We will definitely make the trip over just to eat there again! Very friendly staff as well! KUDOS!
